Habit Loops
You don’t have bad habits — just old systems that can be rewritten. We like to call them bad habits. But most of the time, they’re just old loops —patterns that once helped us survive, but now keep us stuck. Your brain loves repetition. It saves energy by doing what’s familiar, even if it’s not what’s best for you. But awareness breaks the loop. The moment you notice the pattern, you’re no longer trapped in it — you’re watching it. So instead of fighting your habits, get curious. Ask yourself: “What is this habit trying to give me?” Maybe it’s comfort. Maybe it’s control. Maybe it’s just safety. When you understand the need behind the habit, you can create a new loop — one that truly serves you. 👉 What’s one small habit you’re ready to rewrite into something better? Your body wants to move. Your mind wants to believe.

Do you listen to your body, or just go with the flow?
Today I can feel it too. I’m not listening to my body. I’m letting myself drift — carried by duties, expectations, and noise. We live in a time where society keeps pushing us: Be productive. Be strong. Be available. And somewhere between all that pressure, it’s so easy to lose connection with ourselves. I can feel it building up — the water of demands rising higher — and instead of pausing to breathe, I just keep pushing forward. But the body knows. It always knows. It knows when you need to MOVE. It knows when you need to REST. I just have to start listening again. 👉 When and how do you listen to your body? Your body wants to move. Your mind wants to believe.

I try to listen to my body every day, but sometimes I forget... I listen in stilness - when I wake up, before I go to sleep and in between....
