If I hear someone say...
If I hear someone say ______ I should send them to your Skool. Fill in the blank in the comments so we all know who we should refer to your Skool. That way when someone has a problem I can refer them to the right expert.

Getting members to engage
I’m not going to pretend to be an expert when I’ve only been in the Yard for a month. But I do feel spoiled having come from an ORG background where engagement was the least of our concerns. What is an org you ask? “Online Reality Games”. Whatever game show you love you’ll definitely find it in the ORG world. Do you enjoy the Masked Singer series? Yeah, the org world has that. Love The Mole, The Amazing Race, Survivor? The ORG world has all of those. And often with cash prizes. But most games did not. As a contestant, you couldn’t progress through the game unless you engaged, posted and submitted. I learned that people want to be seen and acknowledged. Even if they didn’t win the game, just knowing that they had a strong submission for a creative challenge perked them up for the rest of the month! The likes and comments people would leave was sometimes the motivation they needed to get through their week. Org’s completely changed the way I looked at myself. Constantly surprising yourself with things you didn’t know you could do. For 5 years I hosted Survivor games for a group of 2600 global players. My role was to create challenges and games they got people talking and engaging with each other from across the world or playing the challenge with real family and friends. The contestants would then post their challenge submissions to the page for all to enjoy, laugh, comment, like etc. Another thing we’d do ALOT is hide clues in photos posted by the admins, and these clues lead you on to another clue or a challenge of some sort. “Challenges” in your community could be similar. Inject more fun and games into the community and watch it flourish. This is just off the top of my head so I hope it made sense. Thanks for such a great community @Jack Robinson. From what I’ve seen, you’re doing an outstanding job! Your Escape the Purge game is a strong example of what could be done.

@Adam Formanek I would honestly LOVE to hear more about this ORG world I've apparently been missing out on! Where do you do this? For a while I've been thinking about hosting my own versions of games like secret millionaire/the mole, but in real life. Would love to learn more about how people host this online!

#Prework 2: Perfect Score Contest + Sprint Cup This is the only place you need to post for points all week. How it works: 1. Make one anchor comment on this post using this format: - Skool: _____________ - Offer: I help ___ get ___ without ___ - Goal this week: _____________ - Plan: Standard / Premium / VIP 2. Every day, reply to your own anchor comment (DO NOT start a new comment) using this format: - Day #: ____ - Share proof* (link or screenshot): ___________ - Helped 2 people (tag them): _______________ - Attention Score: __ mins social media today - Screen Time screenshot: __________________ - LIVE: yes/no - Plan today: Standard / Premium / VIP Perfect Day requirements: - You replied to your anchor comment today - You attached your Screen Time screenshot - You posted share proof Tip: Click the bell on this post so you never miss reminders. _______ *Share proof = show us you shared something outside Skool today. Do this in 2 steps: 1. Share something about the sprint on social media (Instagram story/post, YouTube community post, X, LinkedIn, Facebook...) 2. Come back here and prove it by posting ONE of these: - The link to your post OR - A screenshot of your post If you only shared in DMs, that counts too: - Screenshot the DM (blur names if you want) and post it here.
