What if it does the opposite? Think about it… AI can make one person capable of doing the work of 5, 10, even 50 people. So what happens when the people who already own the companies, capital, data, and infrastructure get access to that power? The rich get more leverage. Businesses need fewer employees. Entire industries get automated. The people who know how to use AI build faster, sell more, and operate with tiny teams. And everyone else? They’re competing against machines that never sleep. But here’s the part that sounds like a conspiracy theory… What if the real AI race isn't about creating smarter technology? What if it's about who controls it? Because whoever controls the most powerful AI systems could potentially control enormous amounts of information, labor, production, and wealth. And then there's the question nobody really wants to answer: At what point does AI stop being a tool humans control… and become something humans have to negotiate with? Could AI ultimately create the biggest economic divide in history? Could it actually eliminate more jobs than it creates? Could it make a small group of people unbelievably wealthy while millions struggle to find their place? Or… Could AI become the greatest equalizer humanity has ever created?
