Hello new tribe! I've just joined and I'm looking forward to escaping the overthinking trap and getting off my **** and getting started properly. It's time. I'm an artist, writer and singer, with 16 years of drama teaching behind me and 8 years of trying (and sometimes thriving) to be an entrepreneur. I'm dedicated to Creative Health which really embraces the deep value in creativity for supporting wellbeing and I founded Doodle Cafe, which is a workshop process using mindful doodling for mental health. I make soundscapes with my treasured loop station and I've got hundreds of journals full of poetry and writing bursting to be released to the world. I'm newly diagnosed Autistic at age 56, so yeah, that makes sense! Looking forward to making vlogs of my creative process, artist dates, musings about life and becoming a cosy trusted corner of creative wisdom on the internet. I created a podcast 2 years ago in lockdown and I loved it. So my YouTube channel at the moment consists of 8 long form audio interviews called Art Yourself Alive, and one soundscape.
