5 Days Until the 28-Day Breathwork Challenge Begins
The countdown is on. Here’s how to get ready to make the most of it: 1. Dial in your space. Find a quiet spot where you can sit or lie down comfortably for 20–30 minutes each day. No distractions, no excuses. 2. Start noticing your breath. Don’t change it yet, just pay attention. How do you breathe at rest? During a run? While stressed? Awareness is the first rep. 3. Hydrate more than usual. Breathwork increases oxygen-CO₂ exchange and can dry you out faster than you think. Start drinking like an athlete now. 4. Commit to consistency. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up daily. You’ll feel the shift in the first week. 5. Bring your mindset. You’re not learning to breathe, you’re training your respiratory system for performance. Approach it like any other discipline in triathlon. The challenge kicks off in 5 days. Get ready to train the most overlooked system in endurance sport, your breath.
