@Sandra Lynne Mitchell thank you so much!🤩
Invest in yourself
I'm a big believer in investing in yourself. And I’m a big believer in investing in your coaching business… be that your skills as a coach but especially in increasing the skills of you as a business owner. Here’s the thing… Hopefully you are going to be a business owner for the rest of your life. When you're investing in yourself, if you're going to be a business owner for the rest of your life, your investment only needs to give you one small skill. When you implement that skill… and you use it for the rest of your life… it's going to give you a way bigger return on investment. As long as you've got the cash available, I think that investing in yourself is just one of the highest leverage things you can do. It's very baffling to me when people they're stuck… they need what somebody is offering… but they're not willing to risk it. They're not willing to take the risk because their time horizon is so short. They're thinking… “Is this going to pay off in the next 30 days, in the next 60 days, in the next 90 days?” When what they should be doing is, they should be thinking… “Is this going to pay off in the next 3 years, the next 10 years, the next 15 years?” “Am I going to be able to utilise these skills that I'm about to learn and is it going to give me more than my investment over the next 10 years?” Yes, it probably will. OK, cool… “Will it give me a massively outsized return compared to my investment?” Yes, it probably will. Making decisions on whether you should invest in yourself should be looked at a much longer time horizon than the vast majority of people do. If you can’t think that way yet… then it will be very hard to get clients to invest in you. You have to always be willing to invest in yourself. When we work with our best clients, there's always a really common theme amongst them… which is why they are generating 5 and 6 figures a month in revenue. They all have the exact same mentality… That is, if I can just learn one small thing from you…

I have been reading an average of 2/3 books a month, watching educational Youtube channels, journaling, meditating, exercising as much as possible, eating healthily for years now. I haven't seen any IMMEDIATE results yet, but I believe they are compounding in some way. To those in the same situation out there, don't give up. I am here trying to get my coaching career to another level by doing, doing and doing. In the past I'd try to be perfect all the time. Now it is all about getting things done. If this doesn't work, it might be the next thing. In the meantime, happy to be a kind human being who tries his best, inspires others and treats the rest with love and respect. Best of luck to everyone out there!🙌
Feeling Grateful
Feeling super pumped to receive my certificate today! Huge thanks to @Ed JC Smith and his team. I joined this group with a bit of scepticism to up-skill my coaching abilities, but I was blown away by the quality of the free training. It exceeded the quality of many paid courses I've attended. Not to mention, this community radiates positive vibes. @Ed J C Smith , you've truly exceeded expectations!🤩 Thank you so much. Looking forward to staying connected in the ECA membership.💫

Congratulations, @Ayesha Ikram ☺️ I have slowed down my progress a bit in the last few days but I'm happy in chipping in every day and showing relentlessness on my part. Enjoy the pay off and I hope you keep growing every day after the EC program. All the best!
Niche
Hey everyone . My name is Bella . I joined yesterday , and I really would like to became a coach. I didnt settle down with my niche yet ,it is not 100% clear . I really would like to specify to make sure I can give my best knoweledge to my future clients. I have deep knoweledge in trauma, mindset with a spiritual approach, or mums who are ambitious and would like to be in business field or generally would like to do something in life, but they need some " push" . ( latest one is something what I need to learn more about ,but my desire is bigger then my fear. ) . When you just about to start , how do you specify what is your niche exactly? I feel like a bit of everywhere with my niche . Can you advise me,please

Welcome Izabella! I look at it in an interconnected manner. Becoming more knowledgeable in all areas of life will definitely have an impact on the way you coach. By aiming to be a better person and professional on a daily basis you are unconsciously putting in the work you'll then guide your clients through. I've found that despite having chosen a niche (tennis players) I encounter challenges which originate way before they step on court (personal level), so I have had to work on those areas myself to be more aware so as to help them as a consequence. Then, you might have a chance of helping them make a change in that niche. I hope this makes sense and helps you in some sort of way. All the best for the future! and welcome once more ☺️
