Customers freedom ?
Hi there, I used during a few months another tool that integrates with GHL and in this White Label Tool, my customers have the choice to use my services to create ads campaign for them (DFY) or they can do by their own with or wothout my help (DIY and DWY) As @Sam Carlson is really persuasive, I'm trying UpHex now, and as far I've understood, with UpHex the only way of work is the DFY model, if I'm right, the only option my customers have is to Launch a campaign I've created for them ?

@Cedric Janssens do you have a whole bunch of different niches? Or is it one niche?

@Cedric Janssens Here's the problem with giving a end client the same tools you have... Garbage in, garbage out. The reason i educate people on marketing so much is so they can use my tools and get results. Leads are not the result... sales are. So you could just go into the UpHex ads library and import some gym templates and show her how to do it... Or build a library around a niche. It's gonna me a lot easier that way
This month I hosted 3 "money making" workshops
This month I hosted 3 workshops to help agencies hone in on how to make money in 2026 1) How to get paid $997 per Event Promo 2) How to pick a profitable niche (The sub niche formula) 3) How to Rent a Small Library of Ads and make MRR fast. It was a ton of fun! And honestly... it fired me up in a way I didn't expect. Because when you get 400 people in a room who are done sending cold DMs into the void and actually want to build something that pays them every month... That crap is contagious! So in March, I'm doing something kinda crazy. (I even gave it a fancy name) The "Niche & Pitch" Sprint. Here's what I'm doing. I'm taking 10 people and showing them how to own their own "Intellectual Protocol." The process of going from a generalist who's quoting $297 to anyone who'll listen... to a $997-per-client authority who gets inbound demo calls from businesses who already want to hire them. In 30 days. We stop "learning" and start "installing." Here's what we're building together: ------------------------ The Sub-Niche — Most agencies stay broke because they try to serve everyone. We're going 3 layers deep into a niche so specific that you stop competing on price and start getting asked "how soon can you start?" ------------------------- The Ad Franchise — I'm gonna show you how we build a small library of proven ads once... ads that are already getting results for real businesses in your niche. Then you rent that same system to 5, 10, 50 clients. Same ads. New logo. You get paid every month. ------------------------- EZ Clients— Instead of sliding into a stranger's DMs and cold email garbage... I'll help you build ads that are actually interested. (Novel idea) This is for people who are tired of feeling like a chump every time they talk to a new prospect. When people see this they say stuff like: "It's amazing... I feel free" Jarem

@Lonnie Love if you’d like more information I can send you a message. Let me know.
You have ZERO excuses… This is EZ money
Last month I did a training on how I used to get paid $997/event. I had one client who’d do 6 events/mo! ☝️The math: 6 events x $997 = $5982/mo From 1 clients. Time to fulfill = Under 10mins. Pretty awesome, right? Makes that AI stuff you’re so obsessed with look kinda silly. Promoting local events for the right niche is a pretty good business model. IF you have killer ads and a killer niche. ☝️Which is what we just introduced to everyone on the Growth plan… UpHex Premium Templates! Get 20 “Event-Ready” Ad Templates instantly and start getting more clients for your niche. The best part? You can literally have your first campaign live in under 10 minutes. Which means you could close a client TODAY and fulfill by lunch. That’s Team UpHex in action. If you’re already on Growth — log in now. Templates are waiting. If you’re not on Growth yet… What are you waiting for? 👇 Upgrade and grab your 20 Event-Ready Templates now. Your Move. Sam P.S. MVP folk… Don’t worry, I always have something for you guys to take this to the next level. 🤜🤛

@Mark Murray that’s like saying you have no gas to put in the car… but you have a car. I understand if you don’t have enough information, or if you’re unsure… I don’t understand building a business without investing.
Is HighLevel Just a Paperweight?
HighLevel spent 2024-2025 selling agencies on Voice AI, Conversation AI, Content AI, Review AI. They called it the “Summer of AI.” It was an incredible promotion! But after the dust settled, a few astute agency folk started to a bit of a flaw in that business model… Every single one of those tools needs a database to work. You know database reactivation? ☝️Conversation AI needs contacts to talk to. ☝️Voice AI needs leads to call. ☝️Review AI needs customers to review. And the only way to grow a database is… Ads! They sold an engine without the fuel. And if you need further proof… You know how they tell you to find new clients? “Go look for businesses that are already running ads.” Read that again. Their own client acquisition strategy… Is built around finding businesses that are running ads. Ads are the foundation of everything. Step 1. They just don’t have a good solution to run them. (Their ad solution is not a solution) So they taught you to find someone who does. That someone should be you. And the tool that makes it effortless? That’s UpHex. Every AI tool is a lagging tool. It processes what already came in. 💰Ads are the leading tool. They create what comes in. You don’t need more automation. You need more leads. Everything else follows. Your Move. Sam P.S. “Sam, you seem salty bro!” Maybe it’s saltiness, or maybe it’s time to give you the upper hand and lead with an offer that changes businesses? You tell me. P.P.S. HighLevel is great… but it’s important to know how to use it properly.

Write Words that Make $$$
Most agency owners write like teachers. Your websites… Your email… Your posts… Your WORDS! Teachers EXPLAIN why things work. 🤦‍♂️ Tour guides SHOW things. One of these converts…. The other gets scrolled past. ☝️This week in Agency MVP we did a “Certified Ready Review.” (after people go through the program, they got a pro to check out their client acquisition funnel… Last little bit of confidence before they launch) Deyon had a funnel with a solid angle. Direction was right. Offer made sense. But something wasn’t landing. It still felt vague. So I asked him to walk me through his client. Who are they? What are they tired of? He rattled off a list. Different frustrations. Different pain points. All accurate. Then… buried in the middle of it — he said this: “They’re tired of $500 Discount Shoppers wanting $5,000 cabinet transformations.” When he finished, I asked everyone: “Tell me one thing you remembered from what Deyon just said.” …More than half the room said the same sentence. That one. That’s not a coincidence. That sentence wasn’t an explanation of the problem. It was a picture of it. A story. Any contractor who’s ever had a cheap ass-client could SEE that person from a mile away. Price shoppers. Expecting premium results for bargain prices. ☝️That’s tangibility. ☝️That’s the difference between teaching and showing. I told Deyon straight up… “Bro… That sentence isn’t buried in your funnel. That’s your headline” Here’s the thing about most agency copy I see… It doesn’t fail because the ideas are bad… It fails because it disappears. No image. No visual. No story. No sentence that makes someone say “…that’s exactly it.” Just words explaining why the thing works. That’s a lesson. Not a sales tool. So before you write your next post, your next VSL, your next pitch… Ask yourself one question: “What can I point at?” A sentence your prospect would say out loud. A result they can actually picture. A frustration they felt before lunch today.

@Sal G that’s a really smart question. Every niche has a personality… Knowing their “status quo” that’s one of the steps in your research that reveals things like that. It took me about 3-4 years to really learn it to the point where I could repeat it in any niche. It’s simple to do as long as A) You learn specific skills B) You follow a chronicle flow. Imagine you’re making bread and you forget the yeast… OR you put the yeast in too early. Shit bread. I’d give away this entire system honestly, but without the skills properly developed you’ll make shit bread. So there’s a ton of books I read… Or this is what we teach you in our MVP program. Happy to give you more info.

@Will Henningsen Gary Bencivenga is my top mentor - I own his 100’s seminar. Gary Halbert of course. These two are my style guides. And then I just gobbled up tons of stuff from everything I could get my hands on.
