If you have been banned from getting a chase bank account like me. Let it not stop you from going to the next bank. Also you can still be approved for credit cards or auto loans cause that a different department that handles that. I personally have a chase sapphire reserve card with $10k on it and i also have an auto loan with them as well worth $70k. Just a heads up family. Couple of reps i spoke to told me yes i can't ever open a checking account with them due to my pass history but the other products is fine. My chexsystem and Earlywarning is clean. Also i ask the rep if i can get the chase ink and the chase cash without having an account. So I am dropping this here so that it can help one another. @Andre Lewis

If you have a home and are able to pull the equity from it to begin your business ventures, it may be a way to use your own property as the bank. All banks are Not equal. I am a nurse practitioner who is self-employed as a 1099 independent contractor. I opened my practice 21 months ago and for most banks they require 24 months of employment and Tax returns. I had neither so it wasn’t easy. I researched and researched and connected with a guy from Torro Funding who connected me with a guy from Big Think Capital who secures loans through Figure bank. I told him my story. He said they will fund the loan using the paid off home as collateral, my stated income, and credit score which on Experian was 731. They only pulled Experian. I applied for this loan 6/22 and the funds were in my account 6/27. #successhasreceipts. #toGodbetheglory

Navy Federal Personal Loan: June 25 Opened Account with them April 30th w/ following: Everyday checking $200 Membership Share Savings $50 CD $50 The loan application criteria: Employed 3 years Nurse Practitioner $100k salary Called in and talked to a phone representative about acquiring a personal loan. The fees were high; I hesitated and declined. Then I said to myself. I will make it work and pay the money back as fast as I can….Get the bag. I applied online for $50k they countered $33,333‼️ I applied at 6:06 pm. The money was deposited into my account in an hour. So ask for more and they may counter less. I will make a separate post for the HELOC.
