Are you a 🧠 or 💖 kind of person?
Most of the women I work with embody elements of both, but often feel they have to wear the mask of being practical and brainy to be acceptable, seen and accepted by the world. They're afraid if they show too much emotion or their spiritual sides people will judge and reject them. We dive into where these stories and feelings came from. So often it was when they were little girls expressing themselves, so they shut it off. I've been there too, especially because I was a scientist and a doctor. I had a very strong emotional and spiritual aside, and I suppressed it until I couldn't anymore. Midlife came and it said, "I'm gonna keep beating you over the head until you acknowledge who you are." And so I listened after a little bit of fear and resistance. I want that for you because it's absolute BS that we're conditioned this way. It's time to be deconditioned and choose yourself! 🥰💃🏼 How do you see yourself? Are there parts of you that you feel you need to hide still?

Stone 2: Reveal Your Proof 🔎(and VERY raw share 💜)
Our path has moved us from Accessing Your Truth to turning over the next stone, Reveal Your Proof. If you missed the that, you can click on Stone 1: Accessing Your Truth in categories and see related posts. Once you get comfortable with looking inward at emotions, feelings, and starting to really see ourselves, the next step is to provide proof. Our brains are wired to look for evidence AND they're also wired toward a negativity bias to keep us alive. So, we tend to focus more on the negative and less on the positive. BUT we can change that! 🥳 Our beautiful brains can easily be retrained and rewired when we place our attention and energy in different areas. The midlife dip in confidence is real for so many women, but I know you've done so many hard things in your life. 💥 This is a powerful exercise in revealing your proof. 🔎🔎🔎 Sit with paper or a notebook (better if your write rather than type or voice note). Give yourself a few minutes to reflect on what you've done in your life that was hard. ANYTHING at all. Free write that list. Once you've got down everything you can think of, read it out loud. How do you feel? What emotions surfaced? Write that down. let yourself feel them and don't bypass anything. You may think of more and want to add them- that's normal. Add them. Now I want you to read this list aloud every day for a week. Notice how the feelings and emotions might change. Record this daily for a week and see what it reveals. 🤍🤍🤍 I'm going to share my list below with you. I've never shared this with anyone before so it's in the raw and vulnerable space. In no particular order: - Natural birth x2 and pulled my daughter out myself - 2 miscarriages between my kids - Still active at 51 (snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, etc.) - Long health journey with EBV (hormone issues, Epstein Barr Virus, Lyme, and Covid) - Addressing my trauma/ taking ownership and responsibility for my life - Went away to college knowing that my parents couldn't help me financially - Got divorced from college sweetheart after 6+ years because I evolved and that relationship wasn't serving me - Got remarried. - Worked through marital ups and downs - Started multiple businesses (some very successful and some not but I learned so much from the failures)  - Moved a bunch of times and started over - Asked for a raises in my consulting business because I knew my worth - Chose myself when no one else was supporting me - Forgave people who've hurt or betrayed me - Let people go that weren't good for me - Faced and integrated my shadows - Pivoted away from what was comfortable and familiar, and what I was professionally known for to dive into something completely different and authentic to me - Biggest: Faced one of my biggest fear- being honest and vulnerable w/parents

Looking at this now makes me feel proud of what I've done even when fear, anxiety and guilt were present. I look at the list with so much love and gratitude for the experiences themselves but also the versions of me that made the choices that led me this beautiful path. I have so much love for myself and I haven't always. When I first wrote the list I had so many emotions- some of the fear, shame, guilt, and anxiety crept in, but the more I read it, the more I embodied the strength, resilience, gratitude, and love.

@Rositsa Aleksandrova Thank you for acknowledging that. ❤️‍🔥☺️ Love you!!!! Making so many hard choices in life has made it easier to continue to make them and the lessons are priceless!
4 traps that sabotage your confidence (and how not to do it)
There are traps that many folks who've been on the "self growth and spiritual junky" journey (I lovingly say this because I'm here too 😘😂💜) are often aware of and it can potentially sabotage exactly what it is that you want. 💥Here are 4 of the Biggest Ones: 💜 Looking for signs before you make a move. Don't get me wrong- I love my signs and I do see words, numbers, and even feathers frequently, but I see it as a "divine nod" that I'm being supported rather than something I use to make decisions. I've seen some folks get stuck in a holding pattern waiting for a sign that never materialized. 💜 Outsourcing your power. When we allow outside energy/influences to override our intuition and trust in ourselves whether it's a coach, mentor, or even someone pulling a card for you, the final choice needs to be your own. Been there, done that! I don't do it anymore, even with a high ticket coach. 💜***THIS is the biggest one**** Waiting to be fully healed or transformed before doing "the thing" whether it's starting a new job, designing a new program, writing a book, starting a new relationship, etc. Life is meant to be lived, not programmed or bypassed. 🌟What to do instead: 💖 Use signs as a confirmation of support while taking action rather than waiting for one to initiate action. Signs are beautiful and all around us if we're aware and open to seeing them. 💖 Allow your voice and intuition to have the final say in your choices. I'm a firm believer in coaches, mentors, and getting advice from someone who's been there before you, but you need to honor yourself and what's best for you. Make it your flavor, not someone else's. And if you're into pulling cards, pull your own or tap into your own interpretation of someone else's pull. 💖 There is no amount of healing, classes you take or degrees/certifications that will prepare you for life. We learn by living and doing through the ups and downs... and we grow, heal, and evolve through that beautiful and messy path. I'd love to know below which one or more resonates with you (or even a past version of you). I believe going through any of the above are lessons meant for us to help us get out of our own way so we can share ourselves with the world. 🥰🥰🥰

I've experienced all of the above to some degree on my decades long journey, but the biggest one by far was thinking I had to have LOTS of credentials to do the work I do. I got caught up in this years ago with emotional and spiritual trainings and certifications, like double digits, because I felt like I had to prove my worth not only to my clients, audience, peers on the functional medicine and healing/transformation side, but also to some extent my family. NONE of it was true- mostly stories I was telling myself looking for external validation I didn't need, but I'd been subconsciously carrying the story I wasn't enough so I performed and achieved until I clearly heard my inner voice say ENOUGH. You are enough. Stopping delaying and take action. ✨✨✨
Is Confidence Connected to Forgiveness??
Forgiveness has been a theme coming up in conversations and sessions recently, and I had a little download to share with you about it. ✨✨✨🤗🤗🤗

@Sonja Bey I'm so happy for you! There's so much wisdom held in our bodies that we are not truly conscious of. It's so beautiful that it came through your breath and heart. I love that. 💜💜💜 For me, short version of the story, I never received the apology that I wanted either. What ended up after me doing a boatload of inner healing, with lots of inner child and Shadow work. I got to a point where I basically surrendered any expectations of an apology and any remnant pain, and I didn't need the apology anymore. There was so much freedom in that alone. But I also started communicating with this person differently and through that I did receive some acknowledgment and witnessing and after that there was a very profound shift for me. Something I'm actually still working out even though it's been some time. And I realized in having these discussions about forgiveness recently that my confidence had increased largely due to self love and self trust. What I've also realized in doing the subconscious and quantum healing with people is that so often when we get the actual apology it really doesn't shift anything. We really do need to be seen and witnessed. Unless of course, it is true heart fault intention behind the apology, but so often they are pretty hollow and the person on the receiving and knows it. I always tell my kids when they apologize that they need to feel it when they say it, otherwise it is truly just words. It also made me go to a place of maybe it was my soul's journey to heal this way and the apology was never a part of the plan. Maybe that's true for you too. 💖💖💖

@Sonja Bey After doing this for 2 decades, healing is such individual, multilayered experience that truly has no ending. I used to think there was an endpoint earlier on in my own personal journey but there's not. We just keep living, learning, and spiraling up. My hope for all of us is that we can find peace and self love on that journey that spreads across the collective. 🙏💖✨ Big love, sis!!! I love.watching you grow and expand! 😍🥰
🤩💃🪩🎉!!! 5 Minute Fun !!!💖✨☺️🦄
Your mission is simple: 🌟 Without thinking, ask yourself how you can let loose and have fun for 5 minutes today. Do what feels good, what reminds you that you're alive and the true essence of you. 🌟🌟 I've had a few today: I got up feeling spicy so my make-up (which I don't often wear) and clothes to match... I went with spicy like cinnamon and nutmeg for fall.🍵🍁🍂 I also had 2 mini dance parties- one by myself and another with some very special and amazing friends on a Skool call. Share below with words, emojis, or a GIF :)

@Rositsa Aleksandrova Thank you, love! I appreciate your kind words and receive them. This morning I literally hopped out of bed and spicy was in my brain! VIBE of the day!!! 🎉💖

@Rositsa Aleksandrova YES!!!! 💃💃💃 It was one of the things I realized I hadn't done in a long time when I was deep in my healing. A very intuitive friend said, "you need to dance" and she was right. I needed to remember that part of my soul.
