@Pam Brossman This is so true. A rising tide raises all ships and this is the way of the future for us women. We need to support each other so we all rise together. 💖

Exactly. Many lifetimes ago for me, my very first job out of undergrad was as a corporate scientist. I saw women tear each other down to get ahead and treat people like crap because they thought they had to. I was in my early 20s and even then knew that was not how I wanted to be. I did not last long in the corporate world. No surprise that I ended up owning my own practice and business.

I've been considering during this last week. I used to have multiple VAs and went back to being solo for now. I developed automations that replaced them, but thinking about all of the ways we can utilize AI- it can replace many people and outdated systems. For me, it's learning about the capabilities of different platforms and which ones will be best for my needs.

@Yokima Cureton it's very possible. I so many women that went through my functional medicine practice that had ADHD that never was diagnosed. For me, my large pile of to-do's is because I for the most part stopped practicing functional medicine at the end of last year to go all in on a pivot I made. I'm essentially building from the scratch after having had a 20 year career in functional medicine. Now that I know exactly what it's going to look like the pieces are starting to fall into place but I had to design it based on clients I've been seeing for the last 2 to 3 years for coaching and mentorship in their businesses and lives. In my experience as a clinician, patients usually tell us exactly what is going on. Listen to your intuition. 💖

@Brenda Rigney I have really been enjoying it! It's like an adult Disney 😂. So much to see!
Grab My Skool Growth Blueprint
Summits are one of the fastest ways to grow and monetize your Skool community. They position you as the hub of your niche, attract highly aligned members, and create new revenue opportunities through memberships, partnerships, and premium offers. In this video, I share how to use summits to increase visibility, grow your community, and turn that momentum into recurring revenue. Have you ever hosted or participated in a summit? Share your experience or questions in the comments. I’d love to hear where you’re at.

This was so helpful! I especially love the mix of 30 and 60 minute speakers spanning 12 hours. Speaker fatigue is very real. I also love the idea of building a community with a summit. Since I'm doing a complete pivot away from my previous work, this could be a a great growth strategy. I'm essentially starting from scratch because my previous audience does not translate to my new one. I know I've been saying this a lot, Brenda but thank you!
🧐 Social Media or Skool?
I read a post from Calvin Hollywood on Skoolers link here recently that really highlights something many creators overlook when comparing social media and communities. Most people assume you need huge numbers to make money online. But the math tells a different story. 🤓 A social media account with 50,000 followers typically gets around a 1.5% engagement rate. That’s roughly 750 likes or comments on a good post. Now compare that to a community. A community with just 500 members can generate that same level of daily activity through posts, comments, and conversations. And the interactions are usually much deeper. Even a community of 200 members generating 200 daily activities can rival the engagement of a 10,000-follower social media account. Which means you don’t have to become an influencer. You need to build relationships. Communities also tend to convert far better when it comes to offers. On social media, a large audience might produce a small number of sales. Inside a community, trust is already built, which often leads to significantly higher conversions. This is why I’m such a big believer in showing up inside communities instead of spending hours doom scrolling on social media. Are you contributing, posting, and building relationships where conversations are actually happening? And good news… Calvin will also be speaking at our Built to Be Seen Summit on March 30, 31 and April 1. 👉 JOIN HERE Curious to hear your thoughts. Where are you investing more of your time right now? Growing on social media? Or showing up in communities?

I much prefer the community environment versus all social media. I have never been a fan of social media. So many of the communities on Skool are awesome because of the engagement from the members and good community owners. @Brenda Rigney I'm really enjoying your communities- the energy, thoughtful posts and comments, and I'm learning so many things. Thanks! 🙏🏼💜
