@Kevin Johnson hey Kevin, you should be able to call the agent and when it answers everything happens as per the prompt. You can also use the voice Ai test option right inside GHL if you don’t have a phone number attached 👍 have you gone through the setup docs in the course?

Hey Kevin! The knowledge base is where you train the agent on any reference data. The prompt is used in the configuration. Did you get a chance to watch the video?
