Quick hello from my side
Hey guys! Feels good to finally be back again. I’m a design college student who’s been building my AI portfolio up on the side. I’ve been partnering with all kinds of companies to create solutions, all while documenting the whole thing. I’ve built sales automations improving deal flows for €1M+ uni startups, to recently ”graduating” to working with global agencies that focus on SMEs employee buyouts in NA/UK/EU markets. Everything I do is rooted in transparency, which is why I share most of the stuff and not gatekeep knowledge between people that may be ahead in the journey. Incase you’re interested in how I do what I do, or wanna ask me anything feel free to write me! What’s one thing that you’re currently struggling with? Maybe I can help. - Rohan

How I turned emails on the right to ones on the left
I'm glad I get to write stuff like this today, since I could not imagine even getting a simple reply (positive or not) to any of my outreach a year ago. That’s why I’m also going to be honest here - it’s not easy. I won’t talk about the normal lead gen bs here - I’ve spoken about this many times in my videos. You know this because you’ve probably heard it plenty of times said my people like myself. And I get why that pisses you off. I’ve noticed that getting some form of success only dependent on 2 things: Your tolerance (how many “NO F*ck off”s can you handle), and adversity (how easily are you thrown off course). The best part is it can be trained. That’s also a core message that I teach - every problem in business is rooted in your character. No response in DMs? Change your angle. Prospects ghosting you before you send the payment link? You’re at fault. Point is these things can be trained. That means you get better by simply showing up everyday. And that thought alone has been VERY comforting for me. Thank you for the support you’ve been showing me, it helps me to look back on how far I’ve come!

My thoughts on “networking”?
Few weeks ago I was invited to attend a conference in my city, and I noticed that people don’t always do as they say. Even now in the closing weeks of the year, there’s many ‘plans’ being made… “We’re looking at facilitating AI in with our clients to begin with” “We are analyzing the impact of AI on our pricing models first” I’m like: “what’s with the hesitation???” There’s a massive gap between companies ‘wanting’ to adopt AI and the caliber of AI implementation that’s actually going on behind the scenes. Then I realized that these are 100 man companies that require 8 people and weeks to make a basic company decision… But wherever there's a knowledge gap = money to be made And those that follow my work, my videos will know this - I don’t like to hold myself down to one avenue of business. I pace myself ahead of these firms before I provide the real value in business growth with smaller cases first. But I just wanted to encourage people to go out there and see the market you’re entering first hand, and A LOT of things will become A LOT clearer to you. Best, Rohan

Just did finished a client project & wanted to share results so far
Just finished up a fun deboarding call for one of my last case study clients, and we’ll be saying goodbye for now on a positive note. It took me roughly 1.5 months to fully build out this automated lead capture & qualifying funnel for a community coach in the finance space. Initially he reached out as he was overloaded with traffic ever since they started running paid ads (+ a couple dead leads in pipeline). They told me they were looking for ways to reduce existing no-shows, book more appointments from existing lead traffic, & have a way to follow up with qualified ones only. My setup was simple: Website quiz form → Inbox auto-reply agent → Intent scoring & buyer qualification → Meeting set Before: - 70-80+ inbound inquiries per week across all platforms - My guy was spending ~1.5 hrs a day reaching back out to everyone (often times not at all) - He also quoted me an average response time of 10-14 days for his prospects Now: - Number of calls jumped from 4→15 calls/week consistently. That’s a 3x jump in direct output. - Lead response time vanished since the email responses were personalized & sent off within 3 min of fillout completion (to still keep the ‘human’ touch) - I know their average customer lifetime value is €650. Since only about every 1/4 booked prospect is allowed into the actual program, it means this system made them an additional €2400 in 1 week (and they didn’t have to lift a finger) For the specifics: - Tally embedded form captures all input data (+ meta data) - Logs scored prospect in crm & sends booking email - Customer-facing personalized followups - Client-facing system response (new meeting booked etc.) - As a bonus, I even made a custom reporting dashboard for him to stare at all day ;) How I got this client: Free build for one of my letter member’s weekly Q&A that I run through my yt channel. If you want to chat about this stuff, feel free to reach out - I think about this day in & out anyways…

A different method I use to get >40% open rates consistently
Assuming you already know of universal hooks, curiosity gap, pattern interrupt etc. So I’ll skip all that and get to the actual useful part: The reason my emails get double the opens than they used to, is because my ‘paragraphs’ are 1-3 lines max. I simply space out my talking points. Psychologists call this ‘Memory Chunking’. Basically, wall of text = huge barrier for digestion. This way the information is structured making it easier to understand & remember. Most importantly, people will enjoy reading and actually look forward to receiving your next one. Try asking yourself “Is it possible to group lines so that they complement each other to form a flow to follow?” Each line is tailored so that readers are forced to read the next line - and people don't realize they're being sold to. I started emails earlier this year, and sure I may not have a crazy audience yet, but the principles would remain the same even if I had 100,000+ members. Happy building! - Rohan
