If we did a focused intensive/workshop on one of the aspects of speaking, what would find most valuable?

Yesterday, Richard met with a contact of ours who at one point had told me they wanted to become a speaker. This person never ended up working with me, but circled back with Richard when they needed help with a CRM. This person told Richard that he knew who I was and had even spoken with me about becoming a speaker before, but when I shared with him what to do, he felt it was outside his abilities at the time. What did I ask him to do? Follow his own intuition and text me at the end of the day. I’ve fallen into this trap before. Knowing what to do, but avoiding it with come excuse “I don’t know how” “I’m not ready….” “I don’t know if I can…” These ideas in our heads will stop us more than any external force. If you want to become a profitable speaker, you must speak more. Go live on social media 50x in two weeks Appear on podcasts. Host your own events. Do that one thing you’ve been avoiding.
