What Actually Shifted for You This Month?
Hey tribe 💕 April was a lot. We talked about converting inquiries. We got honest about our pricing. We started building systems. And somewhere in all of that Something shifted. Maybe it was how you talk about your prices. Maybe it was how you respond to inquiries. Maybe it was how you see yourself as a business owner. Drop below: What's ONE real thing that shifted for you this month? Not what you planned to do. What actually changed. Even small shifts count. Sometimes the smallest shift leads to the biggest booking. This community moves together. Let's celebrate what moved.

One thing that has shifted my perspective is my confidence level. I'm more eager to speak about my business. Being part of this community has been instrumental in my progress. I feel a sense of control over my business decisions.
He Made His Move: Timothy D. Wright Is Locked In for the August 7th Intro to Draping Workshop
This is what it looks like when you take your craft seriously. Timothy D. Wright is locked in for the August 7th Intro to Draping Workshop and he is proof that draping is for everyone who is ready to build something real with their hands. Intro to Draping is where it all starts. The foundation. The technique. The confidence to walk into any event space and know exactly what you are doing and exactly what to charge for it. Timothy made his move and August 7th is going to change the way he sees this industry forever. Spots for August 7th are open right now but they will not stay that way. If you have been curious about draping, thinking about adding it to your skillset, or ready to finally start, this is the workshop that changes everything. Comment the word CLASS below and we will send you everything you need to get your spot locked in before this fills up. #EventDesignerLife #drapingbusiness #DrapingWorkshop #DrapingSkills #eventdesignlife #drapingcommunity

Every Rep Counts. What Are You Working On This Week?
Hey PDU fam! Happy Monday. New week, let's get into it. Before you scroll past, drop below real quick: ➊ What skill or project are you working on this week? ➋ What are you planning to actually create or practice? ➌ How could what you are working on this week turn into income? Shoutout to everyone who dropped their update Friday 👇 @Ruth B. recovery comes first this week, no exceptions. Rest up and come back strong. The digital product test phase and the two styled shoot venues will be waiting when you are ready. Take care of yourself. @Tronda Dixon CRM still in progress, replays reviewed, mystery box opened, and draping started. The sewing machine is the next unlock. This week keep pushing on the CRM and tell us exactly where you are getting stuck so we can help you move faster. @Marie Simplice replays reviewed and IG, Facebook and website on the list for this week. That visibility foundation is important. Let's see how much of that you can get done by Friday. Drop in and tell us your progress. @Nicole King biggest event of the year done, tried a new backdrop style, and already focused on the May 9th event and investing more time in the community. That is the right mindset after a big win. What are you practicing or creating this week to prepare for May 9th? @Regina Everett you are showing up and still booking events while taking care of your mom and that deserves real recognition. Two chair rental bookings while carrying that much is not small. This week be gentle with yourself and if you get even one practice session in that is a win. Everyone else, Evelyn, Donna, Jacqueline, Lucy, Dianne, Sasha, Stacy, Kimberly and the rest of the fam, don't go quiet on a Monday. Drop in and tell us what you are building this week. Let's make it count!

@Precious Stevens My current challenge is that I need to disconnect my domain from another CRM to avoid any overlap or conflicts between the systems. I expect to have this resolved within the next few days. Once that’s complete, I’ll be able to move forward more efficiently.
Close the Week Strong. Drop Your Friday Update Here 👇
Hey PDU fam! Happy Friday. Before you close out the week, drop below real quick: ➊ What did you actually get done or practice this week? ➋ What didn't move that you wanted it to? ➌ What is one thing you want to focus on going into next week? Shoutout to everyone who showed up this week 👇 @Evelyn Williams birthday celebration for the First Lady, Cookie Monster baby shower, and a birthday surprise with your daughter in love all in the pipeline. That is a full creative season ahead. How did the first event go and are you capturing your work for content? @Donna Holt Facebook page is set up with name, banner and info. Did you get into Posh Studio this week and start designing? That page needs content to start working for you. @Tronda Dixon CRM automations from inquiry to follow up was the goal this week. Did you get there? Drop in and tell us where you landed. @Jacqueline Benjamin two Mother's Day backdrops for your photographer. How did they come out? Make sure you are getting those photos back because that is content and marketing working together. @Lucy Mireles Baroque backdrop for the open house was the plan if the fabric arrived in time. Did it land? Tell us what happened. @Dianne Gill just back from Atlanta, a linen and backdrop delivery done, and a Christmas event conversation already started at the greenhouse. That is a relationship that could turn into something big. How did the delivery go and what came out of that Christmas discussion? Everyone else, Ruth, Sasha, Nicole, Stacy, Shonda, Kimberly and the rest of the fam, don't go quiet on a Friday. Drop your update below so we close the week with intention. See you Monday!

I am still in the process of building out my CRM. While it is progressing, it is not moving at the pace I would prefer. I have reviewed several of the training replays and spent time working within the studio to strengthen my understanding. Additionally, I finally opened my mystery box to practice. I attempted to begin draping but encountered a challenge that highlighted the need to invest in a sewing machine to move forward effectively.
