Usually if it's a song you can decipher the chords for, but the melody is sung by a singer, I usually use dual-mode timbres like that one (392 - dual harpsichord & strings), because when you hold the key, the strings are sustained, even tho the harpsichord on top is first to fade, so it really challenges you as far as which side of the Timbre you want to shine the most: the harpsichord being dominant on a short note tap, or the strings dominant on a sustained note hold. Or even both simultaneously if you're clever enough with how you play using a dual timbre (especially that one in the clip). If you pay close attention, you'll notice both being mutalized.
