Boxing & Weights
Few rounds of boxing and kickboxing on the heavy bag this morning and 3 sets of 12 hammer curls and benchpress and 20 crunches. Down 2-3 lbs from a week ago.

@Steve Didier thanks! When I was 25 to 30 I did a kickboxing class 3-4x times a week. I need the self-discipline to work the bag after work.

@Steve Didier yup, kickboxing and bag work has always been my go-to exercise other than walking. I need a virtual kickboxing class with real people to keep me on task and schedule.

@Steve Didier you are absolutely correct. This is why I have a trainer 2x week and am trying to go to an F3 bootcamp on Fridays. I need the external commitment and interaction.

F3 Bootcamp
Really wanted to skip this morning with a pain near my shoulder blade and reminded myself that the workout to regret is the one skipped. Did what I could without killing myself so I can work today. Included curls and over head presses with a CMU - Concrete Masonry Unit - aka a cinder block. šŸ‘
