Few rounds of boxing and kickboxing on the heavy bag this morning and 3 sets of 12 hammer curls and benchpress and 20 crunches. Down 2-3 lbs from a week ago.
@Steve Didier yup, kickboxing and bag work has always been my go-to exercise other than walking. I need a virtual kickboxing class with real people to keep me on task and schedule.
Man, it's Monday again.... I apologize for being a bit absent over the last week - I'm in the process of putting together a full fitness system / coaching program and it's been extremely time consuming. I will be posting every day this week, so buckle up for some serious knowledge! āļøāļø
@Steve Didier you are absolutely correct. This is why I have a trainer 2x week and am trying to go to an F3 bootcamp on Fridays. I need the external commitment and interaction.
Really wanted to skip this morning with a pain near my shoulder blade and reminded myself that the workout to regret is the one skipped. Did what I could without killing myself so I can work today. Included curls and over head presses with a CMU - Concrete Masonry Unit - aka a cinder block. š
