Coaching Versus Selling
I’ve been listening to a lot of sales calls from the coaches in Clients On Automation recently… …and the common theme is that most coaches fail to make sales easily because they over coach. The old ways of thinking that giving VALUE and COACHING means the client will buy from you does not work! Most coaches don't know how to give great value AND have their clients buy consistently. Most coaches give great value BUT the client does not buy. Sound familiar? I know some don’t like the word “sales” – I get it! But the truth is, as a coach, selling your coaching is the best thing you can do for a client. Always remember… …in “sales” your intention should always be to help your client. That’s it! So sales is coaching. Your clients’ current way of thinking has put them in the current position they are in. So when you’re on a sales call, what you need to do is to help your client shift their thinking. If your client already knew what to do and how to do it, then they would already have the result. But, as a coach, you must understand the psychology of selling as a coach specifically… …or else you’ll go too deep into coaching and the client will not buy. Worse than that though… …the client will still have their problem! You will not be able to fix your client’s problem completely in a 60-minute session. If your client is going to fix their problem, they will need to buy your service. Transformation takes time and effort. They need your support to fix their problem. The worst thing you can do for a client in your sales call is to have them think that what you have discussed is enough for them to solve their problem. They will only go away and the problem will get worse. Therefore, YOU MUST NOT COACH ON THESE SESSIONS! You will still give high value in your sales call. Because of your sales call, the client will be able to understand their problem on a deeper level. They will be clear on the method they can take to get rid of their problem. They will know the path to take that will eradicate the problem.

@Derique Lim Goodness, thank you so much for your words! I've been IN this conflict and I can remember asking constantly whether it would ever end. What I didn't understand was that the end to the conflict had to come from me. I've coached one client through it and they're doing well with the tools I've given. So very proud of the steps she has taken. Again, thank you so much for your words! They mean a lot!

Day 3 Tasking: 1: Write out your title: "The 3 Reasons You're Still In High Conflict With Your Ex and How To Fix It" 2: Read, Studied! 3: 12 Money Mindset Distinctions: - Money is a tool for exchange, it's what we do with it that make it good or bad. - Invest my disposable income into my skills to enable myself to create more money and more security for the future. - Money replenishes, time does not. Money can always be made - it's everywhere. - Old habits of earning will only get me what I've always had - I need new skills that will enable new streams to occur. - Information without accountability will not be enough to earn more - I either have money or excuses. I can't have both. I must change my "I can't afford it" to "I CAN afford it." - Money comes from DOING (not dabbling) and making quick decisions - If I don't pay attention to it, it will never grow - Money says goodbye to a lot of problems in my life - I don't need money to make money. I can use OPM strategies. - Money is an energy force. It's a reflection of me. I can only receive what I'm prepared to give. - The right environment, mentor, support, skills and training are the key to earning more. : What am I going to stop? - Stop scrolling Facebook - Stop watching Netflix - Stop eating junk - Stop comparing myself to others - Stop worrying if I'll fail - I will. Is Their Secret Sauce To Getting Clients?
The truth is… Today in the online space, if you do not have a specific way to get clients? Your coaching/consultancy business will FAIL. Building an online business has never been harder because there is so much content online selling you different approaches. Most of these approaches are sold to you by people who have very little experience in the industry and only have a business by helping you have a business. Which is like the time when there was a gold rush in 1849. The people who made the most money were not the people digging for the gold but the people who were selling the spades. The online space is filled with "Spade Sellers" who have no idea how to build a real sustainable business. They have been in business for a microsecond , and will sell you anything and everything based on no real market data, very few years of experience, and with a completely biassed agenda… …so that you fork out your money to buy their stuff. For example: We kick out 4/5 per day who join the Expert Coach Community and immediately spam it with their "Getting Clients Strategy." I'll be honest… It gets very tiring and at times makes me want to step completely away from the "Marketing, get clients space" ...Because it is filled with so much conflicted information that I want no part of it. We could just focus on our coaching-skills offer, our mindset offers, and our top-end service and my life would be a lot easier. Our business would be simpler. I also notice because of so much conflict within online information people's expectations for success are massively misguided and delusional. Most want to market for 3 days and then make 700 million for their efforts. Again, because of this, I also want to step away. I never started my coaching business to make money… It was never my focus. It was a by-product of becoming a great coach. Over the years, other coaches and consultants would ask me how I got clients. I was very reluctant to share how I was doing it because of all the above.
