10K Week 2 Homework

Extending 10 Weeks to 10k PB Entries
Hey team, I have decided to extend entries until the program until end of this week! If you know someone who might be keen to jump on send them the following info :) It is essentially a 10-week program designed to: 1. Get you running 10k strong 2. Improve your 10k personal best It is aligned with the Beach 2 Basin (although its ok if you arent doing this). Program Includes Running, Strength and mobility workouts. No fancy equipment needed. 2 - 3 runs a week with 2x strength/mobility sessions of 30 - 60mins. Have a few people interested in doing some group workouts together 😁 Usually would charge $99 but am doing a special rate of 50% off so $49. I also have a money back guarantee. Hi @Geno Milnes. When a training run says - 10 x 1min walk 1min run. Should I be doing this like speed work (fast pace for 1 minutes)? or at a comfortable/conversation pace?

Hey team, My goal for this program is to get a under 50 minute 10k PB and get a ehole lot stronger. Beach to Basin will be the perfect race for this!. My 2026 goal - I endeavour to complete my first full marathon (42.2k) in May at Run and Bay, without any goal other then getting it done. I run so I can keep up with my 2 little boys who run rings around me. Running is my alone time where I don't have to be a mum just for a wee while and can focus on me 🙂
