You may not know this, or you may not have ever thought of it. But there's a whole lot of people who, instead of using their time and energy for good, are using it to try and create fake accounts and get into communities and spam members. I turn down a few membership requests a week because they are clearly ai/bots. Not real people who want to learn how to own your space with calm confidence. One of the best suggestions I had in terms of it's a washing this behavior was to ask a math question we're one number was written as a digit and one as a word. And of course it's easy. I'm not asking someone to do a quadratic equation. But the point of the math problem is to protect you and to protect this beautiful Haven space we are co-creating. I know return you to your regularly scheduled research, recalibration, and capacity increasing activities.

Since Ronda is asking I'll share... I've had an incredibly unexpected busy week. A few things in the early week threw me off track a little. However, I was still able to reach the goals for the week for the most part, a few things that can be moved on to next week with no issues. My point in bringing up something so ordinary like this is because all to often we are measuring our worth with accomplishments or productivity. Today I am choosing the regulation of play and attending the play date. @Ronda Del Boccio shared before and it stuck.... "play is the regulation not the reward." And that is a huge win today! My sweet Lucy, who we had 12 years, passed December 2024. I was finally ready for another this spring and my aunt recently passed away and left Buddy to me. I’m in love and have dog sat her before.
