🪄 Quick Thought Experiment…
Tonight I wave a magic wand. Tomorrow morning you wake up and the single biggest problem holding back your community or business is completely solved. Gone. Fixed. Handled. What did we fix? Take a second and really think about it. Because here’s the truth most people don’t want to admit... A lot of people aren’t stuck because they can’t solve the problem. They’re stuck because they haven’t clearly identified what the real problem is. So they default to the most common strategy in business and community building: “I hope this works.” Post something... Try something... Launch something... Change something... ...and hope it magically fixes everything. ⚠️ Spoiler alert: The “I hope I can” strategy almost never works. Not because you aren’t capable. But because hope isn’t a strategy. Clarity is. Now here’s the interesting part... Clarity itself doesn’t solve the problem. What clarity does is expose the real struggle. Once you can clearly say: "THIS is the thing that’s broken." Now you can: 🔸Create a real solution 🔹Focus your energy 🔸Test the right ideas 🔹Execute with intention Clarity doesn’t solve the problem. 👉 Clarity makes the problem solvable. So let’s test something with the Crew. If you could fix ONE thing in your business or community tomorrow… what would it be? 📊 Poll: What’s the biggest challenge right now? 👇 Drop a comment if your real answer isn’t on the list. Sometimes just saying the problem out loud is the first step toward solving it.

Fulfillment and finding something that’s actually worth fighting for
The Team Is The Magic
We love pretending success is powered by one lone genius at the top. The mastermind. The wizard. The person with the “secret sauce.” But let’s be honest... Most “geniuses” look a lot less magical without a great team behind them. It’s not the genius that makes the team look good. It's the team that makes the person look like a genius. Behind every impressive leader is a group chat full of smart people, honest feedback, bad jokes, and someone saying, “Hey... maybe don’t do that.” 😄 That’s the power. And the exact same thing happens in community. The right community makes you sharper. Funnier. More confident. More willing to try the thing you’ve been overthinking for six months. You don’t level up alone. You level up in rooms where people push you, back you, and occasionally roast you just enough to keep you humble. That’s HuRU. Not a stage with one star — a room full of people making each other better. Who in this group has helped you think bigger, laugh harder, or take a step you wouldn’t have taken alone? Give them some love below 👇

Anybody ever feel upside down? 🙃
I used to try to flip myself right-side up as fast as possible. Fix it. Solve it. Normalize it. Move on. But somewhere along the way, I realized something important: Sometimes the upside-down view is exactly what I need. When everything feels inverted, it forces you to notice things you’d normally ignore. What felt like a problem might actually be a pattern. What felt uncomfortable might be showing you truth. What felt “wrong” might just be... unfamiliar. Perspective isn’t about getting back to normal. It's about seeing more clearly — even if that means hanging out upside down for a bit. Before you rush to flip things back... pause. There might be insight waiting right where you are. Quick poll (because HuRU loves perspective): When life feels upside down, what helps you most? Vote below 👇And if you’ve got a favorite “upside-down insight,” drop it in the comments.

Humor is so powerful
But WHY start with WHY?
Most of us have heard Simon Sinek’s “Start With Why.” But here’s a line from Simon himself that adds a whole new layer: “When we know WHY we do what we do, everything falls into place. When we don’t, we have to push things into place.” That’s alignment in a nutshell. When your why is clear, decisions feel cleaner. Priorities sort themselves out. Momentum shows up with less force. When your why is fuzzy, everything feels heavier. More effort. More friction. More forcing. Alignment doesn’t mean things are always easy — it means they make sense. And when things make sense, energy flows instead of leaks. HuRU question: Where in your life are you aligned right now... and where might you be pushing instead of flowing? Drop a thought, a word, or a 🔥👇Let’s talk alignment.

I love the “why” but I also think just go too, that’s been helping me. I personally feel like thinking leads to a tough loop and doing creates joy and purpose. Both needed though I think.
