CRM Connector has been an absolute game changer for me
Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Twan and Melvin with CRM connector. These guys have been huge for me over the past year. I work with a lot of businesses that use some pretty random booking apps, and half the time there’s no clean way to connect them to the systems I need. Every time I’ve hit a wall, I reach out to them… and they just figure it out. One example literally yesterday— I asked them about an integration with Phorest, and they literally had it working in about 24 hours. No dragging their feet, no overcomplicating it. Just got it done. That kind of responsiveness says a lot. You can tell they actually care about the people using their software and want to keep improving it. I’ve watched the platform get noticeably better over the last year, and it’s honestly made my life way easier on a day-to-day basis. Also — they listen. If you give feedback, they take it seriously. Not many teams do that consistently. So yeah, just wanted to say I appreciate you guys. You’re building something really solid, and it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Country Code changing between ServiceM8 & GHL
Hi folks, I'm having a weird issue. I have a client who is adding Australian phone numbers to his serviceM8 (e.g. 04021xxxx) But when being imported into GHL it's coming in as random country codes (+91402xxxx) I've checked the clients serviceM8 and it seems to be fine on their end - so it must be something to do with GHL or CRM connector. Could someone please assist 🙏

Hi Ryan, We have already resolved this issue. I think these clients have been pushed in before we resolved things. @Mike J Did have the same issue. Maybe he can tell you exactly what he did to clear the account of these random numbers. It only occurred for new customers with no email.
initial sync timing?
does initial sync happen instantly? just wondering if I'll be able to confirm if it's working live while on onboarding call or if it will take a while

Hi, it depends on how much data the initial sync is syncing to your sub-account. Sometimes it can take a couple minutes, sometimes less. Most of the time not more then 5 minutes.

I would like to know how many contacts were created for each sync. Can you add 1 new column 'Accounts Created'?
