🎯 Skool Boost Keyword Ads: Is Your Community Card Ready?
I was participating in a discussion in the Skool Dads community about Skool's new keyword-targeted Boost Ads last night, and it really got me thinking. Jenna Ostrye (a moderator in the Skoolers community) shared an excellent video explaining how these ads work and how to choose the right keywords. One comment really caught my attention. According to Sam Ovens, as much as 80% of Skool's Boost ad spend is going toward keyword-based ads. If that's the direction Skool is headed, your community card just became one of your most important marketing assets. When someone searches for a keyword and your community appears in Discovery, your card has just a few seconds to answer three questions: ✅ Who is this for? ✅ What outcome will I get? ✅ Is this worth clicking? That's why I've been updating my own community card recently. I wanted someone discovering Bio Builders for the first time to immediately understand what the community is about and why they should join. As keyword traffic continues to grow, the communities with the clearest message—not just the coolest graphics—are likely to earn more clicks. Have you looked at your community card lately? If you had to describe your community in just a few seconds, would someone instantly know it's for them? 👇Feel free to drop your card here for some feedback.

This PDF Now Works IRL
Most PDFs are dead ends. But this week, I turned one into something way more powerful 👇 Shoutout to @Reinhold DrLautner He’s doing something really important: AiMaturity — helping adults 55–85 safely learn and use AI(chatbots, health tools, creative apps, real-life problem solving… all with a safety-first approach) He shared a PDF… Instead of just downloading it and letting it sit, I did this: 👉 Converted it into an Artifact using Claude 👉 Structured it into clean, readable sections 👉 Turned it into something that can be converted to HTML + hosted online Why this matters: That PDF is now on its way to becoming: ✅ A searchable web page ✅ Something you can link to from a bio ✅ Perfect for QR code sharing (IRL 👀) ✅ Easy to update as content evolves ✅ Way more usable than a static file This is the shift more people need to see: PDF → Artifact → HTML → Traffic Instead of sending someone a file… You’re sending them to a real asset. And for someone like Reinhold—who’s educating an audience that values clarity, simplicity, and safety—this makes the content even more accessible. Bigger picture: If you’re creating: • Guides • Lead magnets • Educational resources • Community intros Stop thinking “PDF first” Start thinking: 👉 “How does this live online?” Because once it’s HTML… You can plug it into: • Your link-in-bio • Your Skool community • Your QR flyers • Your affiliate flows Static files don’t grow. Pages do. To view the Artifact, scan the QR code, or view it here: https://pdq.to/abacus/

Yes, like this new development. Slightly better than the regular pdf view (for which i am using liquid view on my phone mostly).

@Jeff Baer Its a function on android devices (and others) where it restructures pdfs to be more readable. You might see the icon as a waterdroplet. It does however generally stop the PDF from looking like it was planned to look (unlike a webview type effect we see with artifacts)

📣Hello
Why We Renamed the Community to Bio Builders + Welcomes 🙌
You may have noticed the name change. What started as a community focused mainly on Skool bio pages has evolved into something much bigger — so it was time for a name that reflects where we’re headed. Bio Builders is the new name because we’re no longer just talking about one type of bio page. We’re building an ecosystem around three powerful domains: • skool.bio – showcase and promote Skool communities • author.bio – share your published works, podcasts, media appearances, and communities • ez.to – create flexible link-in-bio pages you can use anywhere online Together, these tools make it easy to build a professional online identity that lives under your own URL. Whether you want to: • promote your community • showcase books, podcasts, or content• build an affiliate hub • create a personal brand page • or launch a clean link-in-bio Bio Builders is where we design and experiment with all of it. 🙌 Welcome Our Newest Members Let’s also give a big welcome to the newest members who joined us recently: • @Daphne Flores (referred by @Mindy Molein ) - Helping you feel safe in your body and release shame patterns so you can stop abandoning yourself • Somatic Coach • Author of Reparenting for Adults • @David Fritsch - I'm an IT nerd and constantly striving to improve myself. I can't stand still. Trading is my chance to escape the rat race. • @Caroline Tilly Rose — Work from home mum. Chronic illness warrior. SEN mum. Digital Marketer • @Angela Day (referred by @Mindy Molein) I help you prevent pain and injury in your dog. Have peace of mind knowing that you'll catch tiny problems before they become massive vet bills • @Dennis Mbogori (referred by @Paulo Costa, The Roaster ) - Helping believers discover identity and lead with purpose. Pastor | Maxwell Leadership Coach | Author, Affirm Your Greatness.

Real Talk: Have You Earned Affiliate Income from Skool Yet?
Quick pulse check 👇 Skool has an affiliate program built in. Recurring commissions. Simple, but very long link. No complicated funnels required. You can earn money by promoting Skool. You can earn money by sharing your favorite communities. But I’m curious where everyone actually stands. Have you earned affiliate income from Skool? Vote below — and be honest. This isn’t about flexing. It’s about clarity. Let’s see where the room really is. Because once you know the starting point…we can build from there. After you vote: If you hit Cha-ching → Where did it come from? (Bio link, QR code, DMs, YouTube, IRL, etc.) If not yet → What’s the biggest blocker? No flexing. No pressure. Just clarity on where we actually stand. Because once we see the gap… we can close it.
