@Brooks Alden If you need "distraction" why not listening to a "relaxation tape" in the meanwhile, telling you: "you are relaxed, comfortable, ..." ๐
W4, D2 O2 Table but only 6 dives: 2 min Rec start with holds: 1:40, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:05 (probaply got distracted ๐), 3:00 I was not in good shape today. I hope tomorrow I am back to normal. ๐๐ฌ

@Jessica Fitzpatrick Don`t worry, it is a way, not a race. I took me more then a week to get the box breathing and the warm up breathing right. ๐๐ฌ Learn your Ahhhs and Tschschs. ๐
W3 D5 and D6 just relaxing and box breathing. W3 D7 Max Dive. 1st: 2:10, 2nd: 2:30, 3rd: 3:24, 4th: 3:40 Last dive was pretty unconfortable. ๐ But I am still happy with my "base" ๐ฌ

Week 1 Day 6 Find your inner Dolphin. ๐ฌ 1st icebucket dive: 1:05 2nd icebucket dive: 1:45 The icewater rather irritated me. I am a "mollycoddle" when it comes to cold water. ๐๐ The other dives I sat relaxed in a chair and now I was kneeling on the floor, this might also have added some stress. We will see. ๐
@Jana van Jaarsveld Hi Jana, I just had almost the same experience, just without headages. I normaly stay away from cold water. ๐So the icebucket challenge was probaply a bit too much of a temperature difference to "normal". I will also try again, maybe with less ice. ๐ง
