PEACE on the inside > PEACE on the outside
🌿 Attitude of Gratitude: The Peace Within Challenge (Day 1) I’ve been thinking about the monks on their Peace Walk… and how powerful it is that they’re choosing peace on purpose — step by step — like an offering to the world. And it reminded me of this: Peace isn’t just something we hope for “out there.”Peace is something we practice “in here.”(me pointing to my heart) Today, let’s surround their walk with loving energy and bring it home to our own lives. ☮️ Prompt 1: What does peace mean to YOU? When you say “I want peace”… what are you really asking for? - Peace in your mind? - Peace in your body? - Peace in your home? - Peace in your relationships? - Peace with yourself? - ✌️ Prompt 2: What interrupts your peace most often? Outside noise can be loud. Sometimes it looks like: - people’s opinions - responsibilities - stress + rushing - guilt - conflict - overthinking - social media - old memories - the pressure to be “on” Name yours without judgment. 😇 Prompt 3: What’s ONE small “peace choice” you can make today? Not a big life overhaul. Just one step.Examples: - 5 deep breaths before reacting - a 10-minute silent walk - putting your phone down for 30 minutes - saying “no” without explaining - praying/meditating for 3 minutes - cleaning one tiny space - playing one song that lifts you - choosing softness in your tone Your peace matters.Because when you choose peace, you don’t just change your day — you change what you bring into every room you enter. ✅ Comment below using this:Peace means: ______My peace gets interrupted by: ______My peace choice today is: ______ And if you want to add a little love into the world: Drop a 🕊️ to send energy to the Peace Walk. I love that you can acknowledge what interrupts it: overextending, absorbing other people’s stress, and old memories. That awareness is wisdom, woman!! And I really want to highlight this part: you deserve the grace, and you are the one who can give it to you. Let's work on letting go of the old stuff so we can create space for what you deserve.
