Coaching practice
Hi everyone My niche is men going through separation and divorce. Is anyone up for doing some swap coaching practice sessions in preparation for certification? I'm in NZ but can be flexible on time.

@Sharon Little thanks for this, sounds good. Just looking for general practice.
New here!
Hello! I am slightly confused what to do here lol! But I wanted to make a post. I have joined this community bc i am extremely passionate about coaching and helping others but my confidence is really low. It's hard to put myself out there. I am a breathwork facilitator and microdose coach - i would love to have a proper certification in somatic healing, but maybe one day. Right now my goal is to help as many women avoid hitting rock bottom as I can. I was able to heal from addiction and release transfer addictions as well, and I then developed my own "method" based on my healing journey. This is what I want to share with people! I believe that we can change the world, one woman/mother/family at a time!

Welcome @Rod Ambara
Visible Thinking
A HUGE roadblock for many coaches and even more so for clients (which is why they find a coach) is the inability to make their thinking visual. Even in Expert Coach, we learn to make our thinking visible by taking action. Writing, drawing, dancing, music, content creation, all forms of expression are ways of making our thinking visible. Even body language, tone and words, and behaviors are a form of visualized thinking. We often display progress and processes through tracking, road maps (or mindmaps) and sequenced segments (remember seeing a bulleted list or making one?). Remember, no one else can read your mind. And, no one is against you, they are simply for themselves. In teaching we learn and in learning we teach. By making a thought pattern, an emotional process, or your program visible in a way that flows easiest and most natural to you, you are able to raise awareness on attention and intention. AI - Attention/Intention is the driving force for the wanted, the unwanted, the energy, the time and the money consumption of anyone's life. The idea is to satisfy three human psychological needs of Competence, Autonomy, and Relatability. The CAR's needs are what drive the AI. And some would argue the A/I is what drives the CAR. Here's an example: Intend to be a good parent? Your intention draws your attention to your role, the individuals involved and their needs and desires. The energy, time, and money follow your attention and intention. It's a huge expense on your resources but the time, energy, and money pale in comparison to satisfaction of feeling and knowing that you've done the best with what you've had to prioritize your parenting and all that entailed to you. Another difficult task is knowing the feeling and feeling the knowledge but that is for another post. Thank you for your time and attention.
