I spent a day testing Archify, an open-source agent skill that generates architecture diagrams from code. I first gave it a simple WhatsApp, n8n, and ChatGPT workflow. It created an interactive diagram in about a minute. I then tested it on the Hermes Agent repo without reading the code first. About ten minutes later, I had a useful map of the gateway, runtime, scheduler, memory, tools, databases, and execution sandbox. My main concern is coverage. If the agent skips a folder, the diagram can look complete even when a component is missing. The larger run also used a noticeable amount of my Claude allowance. I found it useful for exploring a new codebase, but I would still verify the diagram against the code. Would to understand others opinion of Archify as well.
