Playing with Icord
I have made miles of the stuff so I thought I would use some of it after seeing @Kim Thompson-Pinder’s new pattern. I started off making a coaster but it got bigger and bigger so I wrapped it round my needle holder and made a wee basket! 😂 Don’t know what I’ll use it for yet. I’m not good with the glue gun either. I’m so messy! lol! I might make some flowers and bows with ribbons and decorate it

This is nice!
New for commission and stash.
I went to the nearest Michael’s store today to buy yarn for a commission of two caps. The yarn was on sale for buy two and get three. The big cakes were the most expensive so paying for two balls was a lot. I also bought some stuffing for toys and fusible interfacing for a bag project I’m planning. I was in the store for about 40 minutes or so. I enjoyed looking at all the tools and supplies for needlecraft. An enjoyable outing in heart of the winter. P Now to see what gets chosen.
New for commission and stash.

5 am and it is 5 degrees. With a windchill. It is nine at the airport, which is the official weather station fr The Weather Channel with a windchill of 1. No knitting this morning as the power company is asking everyone to use as little electricity as possible. So no TV, either. I dud make a cup of hot chocolate and I guess I'll crochet a little. Trying to finish a headband then we will see.

I wish we had the care emoji on here. Oh wow, my bones would be calling for some pain relief ointment. I hope you all stay safe and warm, if possible 🙏🏾

I'm a lover of knowledge. I am forever learning something new and using it to not only enhance myself but others around me. What I don't know I learn.
