Let's Celebrate!
THANK YOU!!! Today marks the 1 month anniversary of The Art of Integration Community and I am OVERJOYED with each of you being here, making it what it is. For fun, post all your favourite celebration / happy / YESSS gifs below... AND let's get everyone to rise a level by blowing up this post with likes and comments to everyone else's 🤩 A little background: I've been blessed with incredible clients over the years... really good, ambitious, heart-centred, real people wanting to make change in themselves so they can make change to the their worlds and for the ones they love. I'm amazed some times when I reflect on the kind of character, integrity, and personalities of the people I get to work with! And the laughs are daily ❤️ I've wanted to expand to serve moooore amazing people for quite some time, beyond 1:1 and small mastermind groups, but social media wasn't cutting it to create 2-way connecting. When I discovered what Skool could be, I could see the amazing opportunity and to be honest, starting this community has been SO FUN and exciting, and I was a little nervous hitting the launch button last month. I made a goal of getting 10-20 members in the first month and never would I have guessed I'd double that and that you'd all be so incredible. But of course you are! Collectively, the energy here is top-freaken-shelf. I see it in your thoughtful replies and it inspires me to show up 100% 🕺 💃 Thank you, thank you, thank you... I'm so grateful and honoured to serve you in the ways I can. There's so much more to come, and as you are all officially Founders, you'll always be considered VIP, and there will be benefits wherever possible. To your growth, expansion, new connections, and your most extraordinary life! 🥂 🎉 💕 I believe in you, Jenifer 🌸

Hi @Jenifer Merifield , where can I find the link to the call?
The Loops are Looping
Life is a series of patterns, also known as loops. When part of reality is not ideal, or not something you prefer, it’s because there’s an automatic loop happening. When the ending ends up the same, the pattern goes like this: Something happens, you respond automatically (even if it feels intentional), and even when the circumstances seem different, the loop is triggered, and the outcome is inevitable. That said, once you’re aware, you’ve accomplished the first step, and that’s one loops can be broken! And, of course, that’s what Integration is all about. I want to book our first live Q&A session and it’s going to be all about breaking loops. The formula for breaking loops is powerful, and it needs to be because there’s so much history, personal weight, and emotion attached to the patterns we’ve been battling our whole lives. Share in the comments, what loops/patterns you notice in your life that seem to always happen and give you a result you don’t prefer. For instance, if procrastination is something that shows up no matter how determined you are about something, or if you find relationship patterns repeating, or maybe you’ve given up on getting a certain result because you just don’t believe it can happen for you. These are where the hidden loops lie, and where we can dive in and disrupt them in place of shiny new lovely loops 😄🤩 ps: I'll be starting to do LIVE sessions soon and these are the types of topics I'll help with.

@Jenifer Merifield , I always say that we are "creatures of habit" and while reading your words it reminded me the believe of being very good at challenges / solving problems, therefore, challenges find my way easily 😀 (either my own challenges or from others), and while satisfying to get them solved, it is exhausting when becoming a loop.

Wow! One thing I Know....! Lol, my brain just went into mode: "Nothing to see here, move along", 🙃 This probably means I have to look into it deeper.
