I got a rejection form Apple unfortunately. Has anybody else dealt with a Spam Design 4.3(b) rejection in the past? If I pivot the app is there a chance for passing the review if the app is still in the Astrology category ? My thinking here is that I can change it and make it more educational instead of just being a fancy woo woo sales funnel , submit it and get it approved. Then I can push an over-the-air (OTA) update and change it back to a sales funnel behind Apple's back, as that was my initial intent. What is the chance of Apple spotting that I'm bending the rules ? Also is there a reason why Astrology is considered a spammy category but Calorie Trackers are not spam for example ?
