@Joshua Haag beat me up yesterday, real good...and I mean that in the best way possible. Who knew that a little thing like a lacrosse ball could help release tension from fascia, and literally help injuries to disappear? I'm feeling sore today, cuz that lacrosse ball really dug into my fascia, in my back and in my hips. And I'd never used one before, so my body is sayin...WHOA, what just hit me?! But it's a GOOD sore, and I know its a sign of my body healing compensation injuries , some I know about and others that I'm not even aware of! Josh taught 4 people in person and 5 or 6 people virtually how to Bullet Proof their Spine. He also blew our minds, teaching us about how important fascia is, how these tissues are often related to any injuries we experience, and how they're intricately connected and controlled by the nervous system. I know, we aren't technically doing that book anymore, but I had to share this part with you, I believe it will be useful for you to consider these questions. Share your answers in the comments below :) This is from the end of Chapter 15- "1.) Analyze your current energy levels and your daily health habits. Resolve today to improve your levels of health and energy by asking the following questions: What am I doing physically that I should do MORE of? What am I doing that I should do LESS of? What am I not doing that I should START DOING if I want to perform at my best? What am I doing today that affects my health that I should STOP DOING all together? 2.)Select one activity or behavior that you can change immediately to improve your overall levels of health and energy. Practice that one action over and over until it becomes a habit. Then select a second way to improve and begin on that. Whatever your answers are to the above questions, take action today. @Vasi Smith it just feels like my nervous system is more regulated; I wouldn’t say that I felt stressed before, but I wasn’t sleeping as well at night and felt like my body wasn’t liking the coffee. It just seemed better to let go of it… that was clear for a little while, but it never seemed like the right time. I was going to let go of it right when we came back from Brazil, then the day we returned my stepdad passed away, and I went straight down to Florida and there was no way I was getting off of coffee during that time period! Today makes day 11 I think!

We have some amazing folks in this community, let's connect! Had a wonderful meeting earlier today, with @Tiffany Noel Taylor . She helped me with my About page and gave me some ideas about how I can spread the word about the Thrive Community. I helped her with some aspects of her health and wellness and referred her to our amazing resident Naturopathic Doctor, Dr. @Abigail Seaver . It felt wonderful to give and receive in this way, to help and receive help, all in one fun chat!
