How much do you meditate a day?
Returned from a 3 Day Vipassana Retreat serving as a Course Manager for 33 teens last weekend. Witnessing these teens meditating and understanding 2000 year old wisdom in a couple days (that often takes decades for adults!) gives me hope for the future of humanity and our earth. Nothing refreshes the mind, heart, and soul as sitting 5 hours of meditation on a Saturday that I had quite the focused, productive, and happy week returning home. Must. Sit. More. The impact of 1 hour vs 2 hours of meditation a day is noticeable in higher focus, calm mind, and peaceful heart. No fights with my 14 year old son on screen time. He was chill as a cucumber because my presence was so. Many of my clients focus on the inner work, then the outer results appear. What about you? 👇 Comment : Curious, how much do you meditate a day? @Anna Choi i use Insight timer with bells at 3 minutes and at 3 minutes before the end. IT also counts a streak, game-ifying the whole process.

@Brooke Haynes i love this! I'm convinced that short meditations are incredibly effective and can be a gateway to longer sessions.

I also like 3. Typo: change my to me. We all know we need better habits, but how to get them to stick! That's compelling. I love that "Ready?" at the end, because people have to choose to get better. Yes, I'm ready.
