I have a huge amount of ‘everything but the bagel’ spice in my pantry, I wondered if I mixed it with my bread crumbs and dredged my chicken in it to make schnitzel - how might that be AMAZING?!? Dipped it in egg wash first, then crumbs. Fried to golden perfection. Of course I dip in hot sauce ☺️ Darn I was right!! Delish!
