Happy Saturday, Creators! Y'all! What do you do when you totally run out of credits on the majority of the tools you use for the first time EVER and you still have a week to 10 days to go before they replenish? You improvise and check outthe free tools! I never thought I would say this in my AI lifetime but GROK is my all time favorite! It's free first of all and the quality is not all that bad. I have only used it to do image to video and once I used the chat feature to do a Roast of myself and I actually WON against the AI! I have the proof! <think I posted about that earlier in the year> So, this is the first time I wanted to see if Grok could create book covers. I have a marketing idea I want to test during this upcoming holiday season with a short story that I will turn to audio book and story video...once my credits replenish, called A Sheikh for Christmas. So this will tie into my Hidden Legacies/ Hidden Crowns Universe of stories and books. I only have 2 different outlines and I haven't decided if I was going to actually do it but people love Christmas love stories and you guys know I'm itching to get a Netflix deal...Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Halmark, Peacock...anyone will do. So, I think this will be fun and a test run into seeing if I can possibly make a short movie with AI. I won't try the speaking part albeit I just saw a Youtube video on how to do that with Grok. I have tested this out and it does work...see video from a week ago. But that's going to take a lot of patience and time because Grok doesn't always follow the instructions. For a one liner it worked great but multiple lines back and forth...it's not quite there yet...but hey, it's free so beggers can't be complainers when it's free. So, this will be a narrated VO story with visuals. I've gotten the revid story visual tool down pat now. Stay tuned. Below is one of the Grok videos...pretty cool...I didn't even prompt it to do that! And some of the covers. Not as sleek looking as Aitubo...my go to for book covers design but not too shabby for free. Aitubo cost me credits, Grok does not.
