Morristown has that decent restauarant at CAE but CAE Dallas is still my fav place to eat at heh. Did you drive to MMU? I did that a few year ago and the Fall colours along the way were absolutely breathtaking. As far as the facilities themselves, it really depends on the instructor I get. I'm pretty indifferent to the location itself, though FSI Toledo will always hold a special place in my heart because I got my first jet type rating and my initial ACP there. They have long since closed down but I still have fond memories of wrestling the Citation II simulator there. It was small enough that everyone recognized us after a couple of years and I liked the feeling of community.

I'm Shane, I'm presently management for a 705 operator. I live in Burlington and I like long walks on the beach and cats and video games. I guess I fly on occasion but mostly just stress about audits.
