So happy to be here and to meet more like-minded souls 🕊️ ✨ A bit about me: Born in London, grew up in Hertfordshire, and lifelong Arsenal fan ⚽ Studied maths at university (and even started a PhD) Became a Yoga Teacher in 2014 and Yoga Sports Coach in 2015 🧘‍♀️ Born and raised vegetarian, turned vegan in 2013 🌱 Once ran an ecommerce store selling knitting supplies, I’ve always loved creating things with my hands. 🧶 ✨ Life right now: Single mum to my amazing 5-year-old son ❤️ Serial renovator — 8 moves in 9 years and counting 🏡 I have an allotment, an RHS qualification in horticulture, and an ongoing love affair with the sea 🌊 Passionate about slow living, cycles, and finding peace in the in-between spaces. ✨ My spiritual side: My dad studied with the Dalai Lama, so I grew up with Buddha statues and deep conversations about compassion 🕉️ Had my first psychic dream at 14 and trained in mediumship at 19 🔮 Meditated daily for almost a decade (minus those early months of motherhood, survival mode is real 😅). I adore candles but am anllergic incense! 🕯️ ✨ My work: I create spaces that help people pause, reconnect, and rebuild steadiness after stress, like my Skool community, The Sacred Pause. I’m also building The Spiritual Directory, a home for conscious creators to grow their work sustainably, without the hustle. My approach blends nervous system awareness, energy work, and grounded spirituality, because real transformation starts when the body finally feels safe enough to soften.
