@Serge Gray That's a good one. But the one Brendan shows is even better because it engages in decompresion and recomprension of the full spine. It's kinda like stretching and strengthening rolled into one (which is ideal) At the moment I'm not able to go past 25 reps which is pittiful. When I'm able to hit 60 reps (FULL reps that is) I'll then be able to claim I'm starting to get STRONG. "Play the long game"

@Serge Gray Nope! That's completely impractical for me. Short-term relief at best. No long term deposits at all. That low back extension exercise does it for you. When you bend over you are decompresing (stretching) and when you pull back up you are recomprensing (strengthening) the whole back as a matter of fact. I highly recommend you look into Brendan. Although most people went/go to him when they're really really really in trouble.
