I'm currently subscribed to Ollama OLD Pro plan, its very decent! very generous usage. But I feel its lacking the capabilities to create or run a complex and hard task. I'm wondering which AI subscription addition would be best for my use case? Currently using OpenAI Codex (I got 1 month free lol) and its been amazing, but I just want to know if there is cheaper or better alternative for MAX $20 plan I feel like GPT Sol 5.6 is good but it needs GPT Astra to ACTUALLY finish my task. (also Astra consume my limit like CRAZY🤣)

been heads down recording a ton for the classroom. the plan: get the basics in here first, then keep stacking until this thing is genuinely more valuable than most paid programs. live builds, the stuff I actually use, no fluff. and yeah eventually this goes paid. but if you’re reading this, you’re already in. grandfathered. forever. you don’t pay, ever, no matter what the price ends up being. that’s not a marketing thing, that’s just how I’m doing it. so use it. break it. tell me what’s missing. update: the local models + Claude Code basics are done. Codex is what I’m working on next. after that, what do you actually want in here? first couple of users, agents, maximizing Instagram, something else?

It’s easy to post the wins, but this graph means more to me because of everything in the middle. Months of posting, learning, experimenting, and getting almost no traction. Then eventually, things started clicking. If you’re building something right now and it feels like nobody cares yet, keep going. That quiet part might be the most important part.
