I’m pretty sure I’ll be on the call on Saturday, but just in case I’m not, I’d love your take on biologic drugs and how they work. You know I’m taking Stelara again, but my doctor offered Skyrizi. Is one a better option than the other? I’m starting to think maybe the meds should be part of my plan unless you think I’m really screwing myself in the long run? Sent in my genetic testing today, so hopefully that gives us some new info!

I won’t be able to make it the call, but I’d love your perspective about what’s going on with this flare. I know I need to stop thinking about it, and I have a plan (gut lining, be patient, calm CNS, environment, try carnivore after VT, fasting, reducing exercise), but the symptoms are not improving at all, and I’m just trying to understand what the heck happened after so many months of remission. Can’t wait to hear about SD! Very excited for you and what’s to come!

Clients with eczema
I know this is likely a gut issue/inflammation/immune activation... where do you start with these clients?I assume omegas and some gut repair? Anaphylactic histamine reaction
OMGOSH Almost ended up in the hospital last night from taking 150mcg Sermorelin! IMMEDIATE flushing… entire body turned red…. Itchy everywhere…. 15 min later eyes swollen shut, lips swollen so big it looked like a botched lip Injection, tongue so swollen couldn’t talk… hands and feet swollen too! Took about an hour to come down 50% Took Benadryl and Pepcid @Curtis Gillespie Sayers this is so unusual right at that low of a dose??? I’m still shocked!!! I know I’m not suppose to add to my protocol but since one of my kids was going on it… I wanted to try before giving to him! NEVER again!!! I have never taken Sermorelin but didn’t think anything would happen since I take ipa and HGH!!

Bloated and puffy after workouts
