Hi Peter, I am sorry to hear about your mom. I know how it feels but also I know you know that it's only a transition. Yet we still cling to all those memories of what was and sentiments of what could have been. In any case I encourage you to look ahead and rest assured that no passing is out of timing. It is always the perfect moment for that soul to withdraw. Lots of Love and strength to you my friend!

Hi there Sascha and all readers, Some while ago one particular question suddenly arose, namely how to best deal with ‘external’ forces of negativity. Inasmuch as I strongly assume other people may also be subjected to this very phenomenon, I consider this to be a query of a general nature. Well then, during the weekdays I am encountering lots of different people, whom are mostly, rather unwittingly, projecting an overload of negativity. Since the majority of the people I am coming across are absolutely clueless about what is really taking place around them, oftentimes the mainstream media seems to be the architect of most of the mental and emotional concerns. Nevertheless, I never cease offering a listening ear, or even share some feedback when deemed appropriate, as another cascade of negativity presents itself. Moreover, without their knowingness, in a keen endeavor to counterbalance the negativity, at the same time I am consciously sending these hypochondriac souls/energies as much love as possible. However, there also appears to be a stage where a serious contradiction comes into play. Alas, notwithstanding a genuine wish to assist other people upon their path, one cannot poor from an empty cup. Whereas I am such a sensitive person, there always exists a tendency of drawing in some of those negative energies. I know this may function as a true pitfall since negative energy is just negative energy, regardless the underlying source/problem. I consider cleaning the hallways of Thy own intrinsical temple an imperative exercise. Hence, I am constantly reminding myself of one specific true; ‘First acknowledge Thy shadow, subsequently to shine the brightest light…’ Though, still the question remains: Is there anyone within the throes of similar circumstances, or perhaps mastered a veritable method as to how to balance these two things, especially when taking a step back isn’t necessarily an option? Thus, offering assistance to another soul while simultaneously retaining your own energy/inner peace? I wish to thank Thee in advance..

❤️ Focus on God, Love, Trust, Nature ❤️ Discipline in making sure your daily routine reflects and contributes to your focus. 👉🏼 If you are struggling have a look at those two areas. 👉🏼 Do you readjust your focus amidst distractions? 👉🏼 Are your nutrition, social circle, media intake, sleep habits, exercise routines, work, relationship, etc in line with your focus? 👉🏼I suggest to take some minutes at least a couple of times daily to reflect on this and readjust where neccesary. Drop what hurts or distracts you and empower what nourishes your heart and soul. What helps you in stying focused and disciplined?

Hello everybody, I´ve known Sascha for years through our cooperation for Michael Roads. I love what he is offering here! I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in September and in the following surgeries they removed the tumor, part of the intestine, the pancreas, the gallbladder and the spleen. Everything was completely "rewired". I´m also learning to live as a diabetic now and my biggest challenge currently is my digestion - I´m nauseous a lot and few foods agree with me and frequent diarrhea and I´m loosing ever more weight... I accept all this as part of my path as well as the many opportunities for growth. Last but not least to finally learn to consciously apply the truth that our mind and spirit are stronger than matter and our body... However: I´m not there yet! I wish everybody here ever better health and desired improvements in whatever realm!

Thank you for sharing this Elisabeth. As you know my heart goes out to you and I admire the strength and courage you have had over the past months. As far as supporting the body goes here are my suggestions: ❤️ The spleen and the pancreas can possibly grow back! The gallbladder - very unlikely. ❤️ As far as herbs etc. go here is what I would suggest you do - and I know you have one million things on your list: ------- ------- ❤️ To aid your digestion and also help your nausea get Dr. Schulze's Digestive Tonic and take it whenever you have some food. ❤️ Also chewing Ginger root and peppermint leaves is of great aid when it comes to nausea. ------- ------- ❤️ I am not sure which supplements you currently take to make sure your body gets sufficient nutrients but I would suggest Dr. Schulze's Superfood Plus - in your case at least 3 times a day 2 Tablespoons in a glass of water. ------- ------- ❤️ Next I would really focus on cleaning the blood - make yourself a tea 50/50 Chaparral/Red Clover blossom - drink at least 2 litres/ 1/2 gallon per day. AND if your body tolerates it eat at least 8 cloves of fresh garlic each day. ------- ------- ❤️ Apply hot and cold packs at least three times a day over the affected areas to stimulate blood flow and circulation, growth and healing. a circle of 10 minutes alternating 1 minute hot and cold is great. ------- ------- ❤️ I suggest taking the Bach remedy OLIVE three times daily two drops, too. ------- ------- ❤️ Energetically my experience is that the primary center of cancer here is the SOLAR PLEXUS CENTER and ill-regulated emotion is the main cause behind pancreas, gallbladder and stomach issues. "Cancer is primarily a disease of inhibition," as Alice Bailey said. She further said "... In the secret of right transmutation lies the cure of cancer" also this passage from "ESOTERIC HEALING" might be helpful : "Cancer is a disease most definitely related to the centres, and it will be found that the centre in the area wherein the cancer exists is overactive, with a consequent increase of energy pouring through the related bodily substance. This energy and the overstimulation of a centre can be due not only to the activity of the centre and its consequent radiation, but also the suppression imposed by the mind upon any activity of a particular centre. This brings about a damming up of energy, and again we have the

@Elisabeth Karsten would you mind sharing what has worked well? Also if you would like - so others can benefit - share your insights regarding the causes so far. 🙏🏼

I am wondering what is a better title for this community. I lean towards Self-Healing but am curious to hear what the swarm has to say

My preference is "Self" because it has the "take responsibility"-part built-in.

@Peter van der Kruit i agree.

Dear Sascha, first of all wanted to thank you for all the great help you gave me in the past and I am really glad you created this help group! My question is about some teeth problems. Yesterday I got pain in a tooth and got some abscess. Obviously it’s really annoying. I wanted to ask you some advices on how to heal this naturally if possible without antibiotics. Furthermore wanted to ask you the difference between Oral Theray and Gum and Tooth Formula both from Dr Schulze. Thanks a lot in advance for the answer. All the best, Alberto

Hi Alberto, ok - going by simple herbs my favourites are White OAK bark - quercus alba this is what the Native Americans used for everything teeth and gums. They would take thin strips of inner oak bark and leave it between the gums and lips over night. so you could do that. If you want to create your own tooth powder do this mixture by Dr Cristopher 3 parts oak bark powder 6 parts comfrey root powder 1 part cloves powdered 3 parts peppermint powder 1/2 part lobelia powder 3 parts horsetail grass powder even if you just get your hands on white oak bark and comfrey root powder you can use that as powder and apply and leave on over night. Another great remedy is PLANTAIN root powder just apply it to the area regularly Also believe it or not a cotton swab soaked in cayenne directly on the area works wonders. Regarding Dr Schulzes products i suggest the following routine: use Daily Oral 5 times during the day as indicated use tooth and gum 3 times daily, mixing it with distilled water in a tooth shower and treat the affected area. If you work with Oak bark aggressively it will heal fast but you can't skmip around and just do a little bit or only once a day. Regarding the root cause of this Mostly teeth issues go back to calcium deficiency. Sugar leaches calcium out of the body e.g. Also it might go back to your time in the womb if you mom had a poor diet and your jaw could not form because of lack of calcium. so take care of feeding the body with organic calcium! Good luck!

Have you checked in lately and seen the posts about "Healing depression" and "The story of not belonging"? If you haven't I encourage you to do so. And maybe you feel inclined to share some of your own struggles and successes on your path of Self-Healing with the community so everyone can benefit. I wish all of you the utmost best and a year full of love, joy and above all HEALING.

➡️ Friends, What are your most favorite and most successful ways of healing depression? Here is what has worked for me and my clients: - Clean out the body - bowels, liver, kidneys (following Dr. Schulzes or Dr. Crstophers protocols) + parasite cleanse - remove harmful elements from diet especially SUGAR and take care of candida - add high level nutrients --- powerful input to food program like Superfoods - ground at least once a day barefoot outside - get some sunlight and fresh air at least 30 mins a day - move - even if it is only walking - at least 30 mins a day - use Bach flowers - especially MUSTARD 3 times daily 2 drops - incorporate gratitude practice into every day - remind yourself of what you are thankful for over and over again and focus on all your blessings at least 3 better 5 times daily - definetely after waking up and before going to bed - this is maybe the biggest one: START TO GIVE and SHARE more - help, love others more, be of service, solve others problems, heal others - Prayer - at least twice a day pray to God from the heart ask for guidance, ask for healing, ask for love and surrender all the trash inside of you - FORGIVE - make a list of all the grudges you hold and actively go through this list and find your own way of becoming thankful for each of these opportunities to learn and grow and move into a feeling of forgiveness and love towards that event or person ➡️ It would be great if you could comment below what has worked for you or with your patients or clients so this thread can be of future help to anyone suffering from depression. All you need to do to search for a topic is use the search feature at the top. So my idea is that over time this turns into a powerful resource.

In order to preserve the essence of my experience, as well as to save you a long and tedious tale, I deem it best cutting to the chase soon as possible. You see, years ago, as I glanced into the mirror I truly abhorred at the reflection unfolding itself. Indeed, I really hated that peculiar guy staring back at me, for who in the world was he? Ever since the days of early childhood I was experiencing a challenging time conforming to a society which I continually perceived as a pointless way of living, also since the main things registered by my very eyes were so called ‘adult’ human beings invariably striving for personal gain and competition. Consequently, as an adolescent, I felt like an alien being paying a visit to some foreign world. Oh yes, I even felt homesick (wherever that was), as somehow, I thought my beingness within this odd and arduous realm must have been a major mistake, or perhaps a strange celestial joke. Though, eventually, such ideas were shaping the seeds doomed to germinate into dominant weeds of low self-esteem, also because I just couldn’t cease the activity of inadvertently comparing myself to others, whom appeared always more successful than I was. Well then, as years went passed, the weeds gradually transgressed into a rather confounded garden, an area where self hatred prevailed. Now, let’s take a little leap in time, shall we? It was somewhere around the year 2012, when quite a brisk dream arose, the vividness I witnessed was anything beyond my regular physical experiences. In the end, some telepathic source advised me ‘to just let go of the petty things of life as to realize BIG dreams instead.’ Not knowing what to do with such sophisticated information, at first I decided to dismiss the whole occurrence, subsequently to proceed with my daily activities. Yet, several more years were passing by, and even though in the meantime my life had went through some massive alterations, the persistent weeds, diffusing the relentless scents of self-hatred, they were still firmly rooted into place. Just until one Sunday afternoon, as I was enjoying a stroll in a local park.

Thank you Peter gor sharing this. A very beautiful description of your journey! I can very much relate to many of the points you mention, particularly the not feeling at home in this world. As far as helping all of us goes: You are saying whenever these old patterns arise your tool of choice/ Self-Healing is to sit down quietly and return to your zero-point when those questions first arose? A second question i have is has your journey had a physical component too such as a disease or sickness that you might have overcome? ❤️🙏🏼

@Peter van der Kruit fascinating. This topic is right down the alley of @Claus Altmann and maybe he can chime in on this discovery regarding your back pain. In any case I have often seen with clients that anything that puts "pressure" on you - whether it is family-related, emotional, mental - BURDENS in general - seem to manifest themselves around the back and neck areas.

Hey friends, thanks for joining this community. Without you there is no community - I am very grateful you decided to participate! I know you may have other things on the plate right now but this is an open invitation to all of you to bring this community to life and make it fun and a place of Love, Truth and Healing. Let's share where we are at on our journey of Self-Healing! - Maybe share what we are struggling with and share our story. - ... what we have managed to overcome and heal and how we have done so is always a great resource for others, too! Lots of Love Sascha

Hi everyone, first of all it's a big honor meeting you all! I am Peter from the Netherlands, quite a sensational country, where the Sun mostly shines.☀️🤗 39 years ago my spiritual journey commenced. In the meantime, gardening, cycling through the province and photography became my definite passions. Moreover, in order to keep reminding myself of that deep unbreakable bond with nature, I try visiting the forests within close proximity frequent as can be. All in all, that leaves little time for boredom. Instead, with steep valleys and high pinnacles every day interspersed by the next seems like an ongoing adventure. Who knows, maybe our (virtual) pathways are bound to cross within the time to come. With love! ❤️ Namaste..

Hi Peter, thanks for your introduction! If you like, share with the group where you are at on your Self-Healing journey. It could be about current struggles or topics - physical, mental, emotional - or ones you have mastered. If you share a part of the journey you mastered please share how you managed to do so for all to learn and grow. ❤️❤️❤️

This group is for believers! I started this community because I couldn't find a place out there where people who are sick, diying, depressed or burnt out can support each other on their path of Self-Healing through Natural and Inner Healing methods. Curezone used to be such a place but it is very outdated and no fun to use. This holds especially true for those who have been diagnosed with an "incurable disease". If you are or have been in a place of physical, mental, emotional or spiritual suffering and don't know any further BUT have not given up and KNOW that you can heal yourself WITHOUT Big Pharma or doctors trying to cut you up THIS GROUP IS FOR YOU. The path of healing can be a lonely one at times and filled with frustration. Let's join forces and together help each other out. SHARE - LOVE - HEAL. Check out the free SELF-HEALING LIBRARY with loads of resources I would like to invite all new members to share where you are at in your journey and maybe also share areas that the community could possibly help with. I want this to be a place of sharing and supporting each other. This requires some vulnerability, i know! Also there is a system in here that gives you points for each activity such as posting, liking, etc. The more active you are the more pots you get. Once you reach certain levels you get access to different content or meetings- to make it some fun :-) Let's make this a place of Love, Respect and Truth AND GROWTH Love, Sascha
