Productivity vs Time
How many of you work in 'normal' 9-5 working hours? Does that mean that when the clock hits 5pm your brain switches off and all creativity stops? We live in a world where productivity is defined by how much time and energy to put into something, even if it means you're burning out. This is where ADHD really shines as a super power. Many of us work in irregular times-I personally get sparks of creativity just as I start preparing for bed. Why is that? Because my brain has less pressure and distractions as the night slowly quiets. It has taken a while for me to unlearn that when these boosts of creativity hit, I must follow them. It's in fact the energy that I was pushing the whole day that now has the space to speak and be heard. Don't get me wrong, that doesn't mean getting out of bed and 'burning the midnight oil', your body and brain still need the rest. But just like Rick Rubin says, use the energy whenever it comes and follow it until you feel satisfied. You can dive into the details behind the creativity in your 'normal' work day, but don't force yourself to sleep when you're getting fuelled with great ideas before bed. There is so much more I can say on this, but let's use the comments to discuss further x

@James Sopp Interesting, and do you find that you are still accomplishing tasks and moving forward in your day this way? As someone juggling many different projects, I find that there has to be a level of balance in the routine I create, otherwise I tend to do a lot, but not actually get anything done

@James Sopp This is so important, thank you for sharing! Yeah, it's taken me a long time to create a flow that keeps me moving forward while still allowing time to rest and soften. I often have to remind myself of this and finish a task before overwhelming myself with 'what still needs to be done'.
What is your service?
I've connected with such incredible humans through this community-each with such a beautiful offering, and a deep story of growth. As a community, we can support and learn more about one another by connecting and aligning in language and transparency. I would love to open the floor and learn about what you do, what you're working towards, and what your offering is. To begin, let me introduce my practice: I created The Ancient Dance on my return from Peru and my initiation into Shamanism. The intention behind this practice is to remind individuals of their light (their power) and guide them back to their authenticity. We do this through 1:1 online sessions, and programs uniquely designed to meet their needs. The idea here is to let go of any self-limiting beliefs, move through any trauma that is hindering growth and transformation, and return to the self through mind, body, and spirit realignment. This is my medicine, my service, and my greatest honour. Please share your work and let's connect x With love and reverence, Michaela
The Limit is You
I read this article that spoke into the 'Black Coffee Theory'. Across workplaces and personal growth journeys, there’s a simple, yet revealing pattern: people often describe their goals through avoidance. They say what they don’t want: “I don’t want burnout,” “I don’t want uncertainty,” “I don’t want to feel stuck.” This is where the Black Coffee Theory comes in. Imagine someone walks into a café and repeatedly tells the barista, “I don’t want black coffee.” The barista, hearing nothing else, remembers only that. And chances are, black coffee is exactly what ends up at the table. When we fixate on what we’re trying to escape from, our energy, choices, and mindset stay anchored to that very outcome. Avoidance feels like clarity, but it’s actually directionless. Even Einstein’s insight applies here: problems can’t be solved from the same level of thinking that created them. If the focus is only on frustration, scarcity, or fear, those patterns quietly repeat themselves. But when we shift towards defining what we do want like growth, stability, creativity, abundance, our internal compass realigns. Our decisions sharpen. Our opportunities expand. Progress becomes possible the moment we stops ordering life by saying “not this,” and starts asking for what we truly want. Here's your opportunity-share what you WANT and let's manifest your greatest dream together!

2026: Where to Start?
Finding a balance between life and work can be tricky. The scale often leans more towards work and we are left with very little energy for ourselves and our loved ones. I have spent the last month soaking up the magic of this life and actually got MARRIED!! Now, as I officially begin my work year, I have two main objectives: 1) Finish what I started 2) Let go of what isn't working We tend to overwhelm ourselves with what needs to be done, writing to-do lists that never get done, putting too much on ourselves because we want to 'be better', or 'get it done faster'. The truth is, we only have 24 hours in a day. Within those 24 hours, approximately 8-10 hours are dedicated to 'the grind'. I currently have three on-going projects, and sometimes fitting them all into one day only has me scratching the surface of each. So where to start? I'm starting this year off by reflecting on how my last year went, and creating a clear intention for what I would like this year to look like. Setting up weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals so that I do not overwhelm myself by trying to have it all done at once. We work so that we can enjoy our life, this is just a gentle reminder that what you do becomes a large part of your life. Just don't ever let it take over. Wishing you all a year of success, opportunity, and abundance!! How are you starting your year?

@Rex Loyer My number one this quarter is building awareness towards the work I do and building a consistent client rotation!

From 0 to 79 in 3 months and from 79 to 105 in 3 days! Found a pro in Facebook Ads and it skyrocketed the amount of signups for my community! More new members in 3 days than the entirety of Januari all together for a couple of bucks! If this keeps up I'm at 1000 in 90 days & I see no reason for it slowing down in fact, it's only gonna get better from here. Want to thank everyone here who supported me on the journey so far ❤️
