@Rositsa Aleksandrova Have been fine tuning our group. It not just about cooking or homesteading....... it's more in line with LIFE. https://www.skool.com/new-season-9058/about
🌸 morning routine? What’s yours?
I used to get up and think - let me see what I need to worry about and reach for my phone. And then I caught myself doing it and began to observe that behavior. And then I decided to change it. That was 8 years ago. Now. I spend 2 hours in the silence.Sometimes more. No screens, no nothing. Sitting in the silence. Starting blank through that window, from a top of a mountain, contemplating the vast expansive space and beauty of our world. I do minor physical activity - yoga and taichi, bring myself to my center and practice toroidal meditation - w breath and all - that I learned from @Chanie Twersky while asking myself the question: “how can I serve my people better today?” And I sit in the silence. And the answers come. They are always within us and they come in the silence. As divine downloads… Then I water my garden and begin my day taking massive inspired action driven by these divine downloads throughout the entire day. Every day! And that’s what moves the needle! I heard someone said on a call yesterday that he closed a client. He shared that he felt bad cuz he agreed to a lower price for this client but that was ok cuz the client was an easy one, with not much work…. And it got me thinking…. Often, when I am tired I begin to worry. I worry that things do not happen as fast for my clients. But I choose not to work w “easy” clients… as true alignment happens slow and steady, comes from within and it takes time and patience. Fast results, made through pushing and hustling, don’t last long…. And they burn the human… cuz they aren’t aligned and come from the ego or “make money now” brainless and soulless spinning the wheels… Temporarily working, yes. But thank you, but no thank you! My preferred methods are long term results and a life worth living. Cuz I will leave the earth a better place than I found it! Cuz I can. Cuz I want. Cuz why not?! it’s beautiful to co cocreate lives worth living w others. Sharing is caring ♥️

I used to envision my ideal day living in a place from morning till I head off to bed. It involves some similar steps as you had. It's one of the steps that got me to change my previous dull boring life and strive to what I want in life. That was about 15 years back! Long journeys are tough especially having to many silver lures along the way that diverts me out of focus. It's wonderful vision when I can wake up and do the things I want and one day I'll get there. One step you had mention is watering your garden ......... it is therapeutic! and I'd add music to it. I've heard or read somewhere that playing music or even talking to plants make them grow better. I wonder if there's a certain frequency that stimulates growth! I thought of singing to plants but I think I'd just kill them! 😂
🌸 🥁✨I play my 432 Hz Rose Quartz Crystal Bowl 4 Full Moon Intentions + Biz Talks + I fcked up
How I fcked up?I forgot to turn on the sound suppression & all the background arguing and commotion were audible for all LMFAO after the sound healing (laughing at myself here). That is EXACTLY why we have it as a feature! @Chanie Twersky, @Robert Chan, @Valentin Aleksandrov, @Lévis Côté Tremblay, @Mark Eldridge, @Ankhara Akeru, @James Humecky, @Rebecca Martin, @David R, @Donny Baker, @Ope Dreville, @Kunmi Oduola, @Adex Felicia It was a very good talk on money and business and courses and mentors and groups! Thank you for being w us! Much love to you and blessings! ❤️‍🔥

@Rositsa Aleksandrova I've not been consistent in posting something or trend or specific method to be able to pin point what works and not. My intro and about page message have also changed including my YT channel. I've tried so many type of messages, I no longer remember to be able to list since group form 6 months ago. The "WHY" - I don't really have any other way to explain except as stated in the about page.

@Rositsa Aleksandrova Will see about it because we have urgent deadlines and task to complete. But thanks for the offer.
Breaking Generational Curses and Patterns as Musical Beings!
@Rositsa Aleksandrova and I were having a brilliant conversation in @Chanie Twersky’s Peak Parenting Group about becoming aware of the patterns (behaviour and words) from our parents, teachers and significant others that have impacted us in ways that we are not even aware of alot of the time! The consequence can often be that we, without realising it, can parrot to ourselves, our children and others, things that we didn’t need to hear or experience! Things that have impacted the way we see ourselves and others and ultimately, hold us back from being who we want to truly be! For me, as a musical child, it wasn’t criticism about my ability as such. It was often underhanded behaviour, from my teachers, to make me feel the need to compete with other students, even if they thought it was for my own good so that I would take music more seriously!!! Or my Mum getting regularly upset with me for not being as committed to my music as she wanted me to be! (Because she was possibly living out her own musical dreams and criticisms from her childhood, which was painful for her!!!!!) As a result of hounding from my Mum and music teachers, I felt like I was a lazy music student, and not serious! Also, they all told me how talented I was! That did not help because I was then expected to do more! And I felt the pressure!!!!!!! The possible impact of this on my life has been that I have often felt like a half arsed muso! That I was slack, lazy, not committed and I often question my ability and talent! While there are other factors that come into this (like being sensitive and anxious) the words, lines and intentions from people will always be there! The good thing for me is I have reflected a lot on these things and learn from how I connect with myself, my own children and music students! If I have even the slightest inkling of me being “pushy” with my kids or students, I’m aware of this! I still give them direction but I don’t say or act in ways where they can be impacted by unnecessary criticism. Different from constructive criticism!

@Rositsa Aleksandrova I'm neither a doctor or a lawyer. Led my "persuasion" to be an engineer and naval architect but never really dig in that line. Left that career path. Now trying to survive with my passion in culinary.... My mom did show me some recipes when she was alive but most of my cooking was self taught, R&D. I can't say I'm doing well with my "niche" because I'm on my last few months surviving on my $$ savings. Hoping to monetize my group like yours. At least you are doing pretty awesome with the niche that you love ... music!

@Rositsa Aleksandrova in the last 5 mths, I’ve been trying to figure out. Been talking to some “gurus” and even paid $2500, in the end no success. Another “expert” took a look at my situation and agreed, can’t monetize …. At least in the time being. Me and wife have been rehabbing our property and just did a water pedestal for a water meter. Took us many trips to different stores for materials, then making the pedestal out of concrete/ cement, then came out weighing more than 100kg. We then had to move it into place where the water pipes coming out of the ground, but while moving this heavy item on a slope, the dolly cart wheel broke. Then I had to figure out how to “lift” into position with 2 metal bed side frame as a cantilever. Once done, my says…. Now , that’s brilliant the way I thought of this method and most people would have given up or find an easier solution. I said,…… yes, that’s all good , but I still can’t monetize! Sorry for the negativity, but it’s true…. At least for now, and my life savings is running out.
