🌈Vote on best cooking class time!
Ok what I would like to do is find a time and do this 1 x per month. November is open to everyone no charge so please try with me. (Free class) First we will choose time, then day of the week, then meal! 👩‍🍳 I looked at times that work best for UK and North America I hope we can land on one. I try to only work on weekdays so think Thursday and Friday (think Fridays would be best this month) but we can do Saturday afternoon too 3rd or 4th week. 🚩 if we get stuck - I’m open to doing it in the evening 6:00-9:00 EST after work for my North American people too. Comment so I understand let’s see how far we get! @Hope Stephens @Lorraine Russell @Lori Wilton @Ashley Dalrymple @Yaremy Heredia @Corina Scott-Fisher @Donna Nighbor @Elham Golshanpour Anyone else???? All welcome 💋 Pics are to give you a vibe there are 22 for us to choose from. Excited to see how this goes. Hoping to nail down the time by next Friday so I can send out grocery list etc.

Oh, my goodness. I was looking at the UK time and trying to count the hours on my fingers to figure it out. haha! Sometimes it pays to read the WHOLE thing.

#23 Snail - ⛽️ Fuel SUGAR vs FAT
Your body burns sugar first, then fat for energy. 🥯 Sugar = carbs, refined sugar, processed foods. 🥑 Fat = avocado, nuts, healthy oils. Since I’ve cut out sugar this month (day 10 today!) , I’ve learned I actually need more good fat to replace the lack of sugar to stay healthy — because my goal isn’t weight loss, it’s balance. 💚 Fun fact: your test today — 👉 Can you cut an avocado like this? (No waste!) One of my favorite foods! Comment if you try it !!!! Ideal amount: ½ an avocado a day 🐌✨

Does the seed come out as easily as if you had cut the avocado the other direction?
#22 🐌 - Top 3 GF No Bread Wraps : low cal & low sugar
Add to the comments if you’ve got suggestions! I don’t eat bread because I’m celiac. Most wraps break. I ❤️ sandwiches (the fillings 🤤 ) so I made it a mission to find good options. This is less about dieting and more about being able to have these as snacks not just meals without being heavy. I do have some breads I like I’ll share another day. I’m 8 days sugar 🍭 free today. I ate the green one for lunch. 1. egg life - high protein no carbs 💪 : very light I like it with tuna. 2. Live Organic Veg Wrap (Green) 🥗 : it’s more like a bread veg fiber. 3. Coconut wrap 🥥: very thin sweet and you can pack it tightly. Swipe left to see the packages 💞

I've not tried any of these. Thanks for the recommendation insight. I definitely want to try a couple of them now.

It’s a pretty even split in here — 25% meditation, 25% yoga, 25% cooking, and 25% stress-reduction lovers. What healed my crazy burnout 7 years ago was doing all four, so don’t knock any category ’til you try it. 👓 How about we plan a complimentary November cooking class and meet each other live? When I run these for companies, some people just watch and chat, and others buy the ingredients and cook along — both are totally welcome. It’s so much fun and I teach as we go. Watch the video 👆 — I want this Skool to feel fun and cozy (think platonic date night with strangers). Huge mood lifter. Let me know in the comments if you’d join 🙋‍♀️
