I started journaling about a month or two ago. I've tried a lot of techniques of journaling in the past, and it didn't stick. So I decided to make my own... I needed something that could be easy to use, mark my time, and be fun to use! There are 24 hours in a day, 8 hours of sleep if you want to be healthy, and that leaves us at 16h. This is the 16hours daily journal I created. There's a PDF that explains how it works. I like to use X to indicate that I'm still doing the previous thing I noted (see video).
