First Ever 90 day Protocol Finishers
Huge congratulations to @Daniel Esparza and @Mj Esparza for officially becoming the first two people to successfully complete the 90 Day Undeniable Body Protocol. 🎉 Daniel achieved an incredible transformation, losing 14 pounds within the first 6 weeks of the program and currently maintaining a healthy 10-pound weight loss since beginning the protocol. What makes this especially impressive is not just the weight loss itself, but the consistency, discipline, and commitment he showed throughout the process. Sustainable transformation always comes from building better habits, improving overall conditioning, and creating long-term lifestyle change — and Daniel did exactly that. 🫡 I also want to give major recognition to Mary Jo, who made outstanding progress in developing upper body strength throughout the program which helped her improve in her yoga practice. 💪🏽 Strength training can be intimidating for many people in the beginning, but she stayed committed, pushed herself week after week, and proved just how powerful consistent effort can be over time.
