You put down the spikes after college and told yourself it was time to move on. Get a job. Be responsible. Act your age.
But something never left. That competitive fire. That voice that says you're not done yet. That feeling every time you lace up that you still have something to prove.
That's exactly why this community exists.
I'm Grant Grosvenor — 2x NCAA D1 National Champion, sub-4 miler, and a comeback athlete myself. I know what it feels like to walk away from the sport that defined you. And I know what it takes to come back.
This is a place for athletes who are still in it, considering a comeback who want to stay accountable. Still training. Still hungry. Still unfinished.
