Preparation for Tomorrow Morning at 9 am CEST
Tomorrow morning, we will have our deepest session yet. (And you can still come even though, you have not been showing up so far. ) We will explore the core fixation of the Nice Guy—the strategies we developed to receive love, recognition and belonging, and where these patterns come from. In childhood, we may have experienced challenging or frightening situations where we learned: “I need to become what others need so that I can be loved, appreciated and approved of.” Perhaps you became the nice boy, the helper or the one who took care of other people’s feelings. This was not weakness. It was an intelligent survival strategy. But what protected you then may still be running your life today. Before we meet, take some quiet time to reflect: - What do I do to receive love or recognition? - What is one recent situation where this fixation took over? - What am I afraid might happen if I stop doing it? - Have I ever done the opposite—spoken my truth, set a boundary or chosen myself? What was that like? - When I look back at my childhood, can I remember a challenging or frightening situation in which I learned to become the nice boy or take care of others? You do not need to force any memories or arrive with perfect answers. Simply notice what is already available to you. During the session, we will move beyond analysing the pattern. We will meditate, practise some yoga and breathe into the body. We will meet our conditioning directly, discover what it has been protecting and explore who we are when we no longer have to please, perform or be special. Come in comfortable clothes, bring water and arrive with a willingness to meet yourself honestly. See you in the circle, brothers. Day 3 in the Challenge
You're here because you're ready to see it. Not just talk about it. See it. The Nice Guy pattern doesn't announce itself. It hides inside "being helpful." Inside "keeping the peace." Inside "I'm just easy-going." THE NICE GUY LOOP This is the cycle running underneath: - You sense conflict or disapproval coming - You shrink, agree, or overgive to avoid it - Your real want goes underground - Resentment quietly builds - It leaks out — as passive-aggression, withdrawal, or a blow-up - You feel guilty, so you overgive again to make up for it Then it starts over. This loop runs so smooth, most men never spot it while it's happening. Today, you spot it. TODAY'S FOCUS: Do the Embodiement practice. I have picked a traditional Wildman Workout practice. It is powerful and bring you empowerment. It is the first step breaking out of the loop. Second focus: Catch yourself if the Nice Guy loop occur, live, as it's happening. Not afterward. In the moment. Notice: - Where did you shrink to keep someone comfortable? - Where did you say yes when the true answer was no? - Where did resentment show up — even a flicker? No fixing today. No judging yourself for it. Just see it. Awareness is the first crack in the pattern.

Recording Day 1 - We have started the challenge
Hi Brothers, We started the challenge yesterday and did the morning practice this morning. You'll notice there are fewer of us than usual this round — that's on me, not on you. A landing page glitch meant fewer new men were able to sign up and join. It's fixed now, so it won't be a problem for future challenges. I recorded a shortened version of yesterday's webinar so it's easier to watch back — the video is right here in this message. If you want the full version of the webinar yesterday on How You Can Break the Nice Guy Circle and start the challenge for real, then check out the link here: https://vimeo.com/1226658929/072f010567?share=copy&fl=sv&fe=ci I'm also sending along a recorded practice for tomorrow morning. One honest note — having to own a technical mistake in front of you, and fewer men showing up, instead of quietly hoping no one noticed, is its own small crack in the Nice Guy armor. I'd rather show up, show you the mistake, and keep moving than pretend it didn't happen. It would be great to see more of you on Wednesday for our deep dive into breaking the Nice Guy pattern. Wishing you all a good challenge.

Day 2 - Embodiment Practice
Day 2 down. The first step out of the Nice Guy Loop and into the Empowerment Cycle is starting your day with an embodiment practice — that's what this morning was. I held a small, deep morning practice for the Norwegians today, so it was in Norwegian. If that's not your language, you can either follow along with the recording or wait and join live for the Day 3 morning practice. Here is the link to today's practice in Norwegian. I will send you another morning practice for day 3 soon. I hope to see you Wednesday morning for a live, deep practice.
