The 14-Day Challenge is open: Build Your First AI Income Stream
For 14 days, you build ONE real AI income stream, in public, with a room of people who won't let you quit. You pick the idea, you ship one piece every day, and at the end you have something that actually exists. Not notes. Not a plan. A thing. Doors are open now. We start together Monday, July 20. How it works: A clear daily map, so you always know your next step. One teaching nugget every day, no fluff. A public scoreboard: builders enrolled and things shipped (never income, never dollar amounts). A room that's kind but honest and keeps you moving. What this is not: Not get-rich-quick. Not income screenshots and fake dashboards. Not another thing you start and abandon. You don't need a business idea yet. You don't need to be technical. You need 14 days and a little grit. To claim your spot: comment "I'm in" below. I'll add you to the challenge thread and send you the Day 0 details this weekend. Enrollment closes Sunday night, then we lock the room and build. Come build the thing instead of reading about it one more time. James

Start Here: your first 15 minutes in the club
Welcome. Don't try to read everything. Do these three things and you'll be ahead of 90% of people who join a community like this: 1. Introduce yourself in the intro thread. Just your name, where you're at, and the one income goal you'd love AI to help you hit. One sentence is plenty. 2. Pick your lane. Skim the blueprints in the Classroom and pick the ONE that fits your life right now. Don't collect them all. Pick one. 3. Take step one of that blueprint today. Not this week. Today. Even 10 minutes. The members who win here are the ones who start before they feel ready. That's it. Reply below with which lane you picked and I'll point you to the exact first step.

New here? Introduce yourself (and the ONE thing you want AI to make you money doing)
We've had a wave of new members join over the last couple weeks, so let's do intros. Drop a comment with three things: 1. Your name and where you're from 2. What you do now (job, business, or "figuring it out") 3. The ONE income goal that made you join, side money, replacing a paycheck, or building something bigger I read every one of these and I'll point you at the exact blueprint I'd start with for your situation. No fluff, no pitch. Just tell me where you're trying to go and I'll help you get the first step right. I'll go first in the comments.
The site you build before they buy it
Blueprint 14 just went up in the members course: Build It Before They Buy It. The short version: instead of pitching a local business on a website you could build for them, you build it first with AI, then show it to them. "Here it is, want it?" beats "imagine what I could do for you" every single time. No cold calls, no portfolio, no convincing. The work does the talking. The build takes an evening now, not a week. That's what changed, and it's why this model works for one person with no team. Here's the first step, free, because it's the most important decision in the whole model: Pick ONE trade in ONE town. Not "local businesses." Electricians in your city. Lawn care in your county. One trade, one town. Your second site is 80% of your first site, referrals stay inside a trade, and after three conversations with plumbers you speak plumber. That focus is worth more than any marketing tactic I could give you. So here's your move, and it costs nothing: drop your trade and town in the comments. I'll tell you straight if I see a problem with the pick. That's how this place works. You post it, it gets answered. The full method is Blueprint 14 in the members course: the exact 5-section site, the word-for-word message you send the owner, the two-part pricing that builds recurring income, and how one client turns into five. That's what the $50 membership is: every new blueprint, a plan written for your specific situation, and your work answered when you post it. James

The other half of dropshipping
Everyone teaches the Facebook ads half of dropshipping. Far fewer show you who sources the product and ships it to the customer. I made a video that walks the whole loop, from the ad to a package on the doorstep. The section worth your time is the testing part. I cover the three day rule, when to kill an ad, and what CPM, click through rate and ROAS actually mean. That's where most of the money gets wasted. https://youtu.be/-ym_FrOmfyw The sourcing and shipping side runs on DropSure. New accounts get 30 days of free overseas warehouse storage: https://www.dropsure.com/join/JamesPelton
