This post is now the official place to ask questions, request help, submit support tickets, clarify confusion, or raise concerns inside this community.
⚠️ If it is not posted here in the SOS channel, it does not exist.
❌ Do NOT DM Coach for support
❌ Do NOT WhatsApp Coach for support
❌ Do NOT send emotional voice notes
❌ Do NOT request phone calls because you are overwhelmed, confused, or frustrated
❌ Do NOT emotionally unload in SOS
❌ Do NOT blame, panic post, ramble, or weaponize confusion
🎯 WHY THIS SOP EXISTS
The purpose is simple:
✅ Faster answers
✅ Better coaching
✅ Less confusion
✅ More accountability
✅ Clearer thinking
✅ Better traders
You are not only learning trading.
You are learning:
🧠 How to think
🗣 How to communicate
⚡ How to handle pressure
📋 How to follow procedures
🔎 How to solve problems independently
SOS is where we solve problems.
Not where we emotionally unload.
🧠 RESPECT COACH’S TIME, ENERGY, AND HUMANITY
I want to help people.
That is why this community exists.
But helping people does not mean absorbing chaotic communication, vague complaints, emotional dumping, panic messages, or unstructured confusion all day.
I am a human being.
There is a real cost to constantly dealing with people who complain more than they communicate, focus more on the problem than the solution, and refuse to follow a simple process before asking for help.
This SOS protocol exists partly to protect my time, energy, attention, and ability to keep coaching at a high level.
If every student communicates however they feel in the moment, the community becomes chaotic.
If every student uses structure, the community becomes coachable.
That matters.
A coach cannot effectively help students who refuse to make themselves easy to help.
The standard is simple:
If you want help, communicate in a way that makes help possible.
This is not about being perfect.
This is not about pretending you are never confused.
This is not about hiding frustration.
This is about taking enough responsibility to organize your own thoughts before handing the problem to Coach.
If you are confused, use the format.
If you are frustrated, use the format.
If you are stuck, use the format.
If you need help, use the format.
That is the agreement.
📋 COMMUNICATION IS PART OF TRADING DISCIPLINE
This SOP is not separate from trading.
This is trading training.
Being a trader means following rules, following SOPs, obeying directives, managing pressure, and repeating the correct process mechanically and consistently.
That is the job.
A trader does not get to say:
“I was emotional, so I ignored the risk rule.”
“I was confused, so I skipped the checklist.”
“I was overwhelmed, so I broke the SOP.”
“I didn’t feel like waiting for confirmation, so I entered anyway.”
That is not trading.
That is emotional gambling.
The same principle applies inside this school community.
If you cannot follow a simple communication SOP when asking a question, submitting a support ticket, or requesting feedback, then you are already showing a weakness in the exact skill set required to become a trader.
Here is the uncomfortable truth:
If you find it too difficult, too annoying, or too tiresome to follow a basic process for asking questions, then you are not ready to follow a trading process under pressure.
The market requires structure.
The community requires structure.
Coach requires structure.
The same discipline you need on the chart is the discipline you need in your communication.
If you resist the communication SOP, look at that honestly.
That resistance is probably the same part of you that will resist journaling, resist waiting for confirmation, resist respecting risk, resist stopping after losses, and resist following the trading model when it matters.
This is not just a communication problem.
It is a discipline problem.
And if you refuse to correct it, you are not being “confused.”
You are being lazy.
Laziness in communication becomes laziness in preparation.
Laziness in preparation becomes laziness in execution.
Laziness in execution loses money.
So the standard is not negotiable.
Use the SOS format.
Use ChatGPT first.
Ask clearly.
Show what you tried.
Identify where you are stuck.
Make a specific request.
That is how you get help.
That is how you demonstrate discipline.
That is how you begin acting like a trader before the trade ever happens.
🤖 RULE: CHATGPT FIRST → SOS SECOND
Raw thoughts → ChatGPTStructured communication → SOS
Always.
Do not post your first emotional reaction into SOS.
Put your messy thoughts into ChatGPT first.
Then post the cleaned, structured version here.
ChatGPT is not here to make you sound fake.
It is here to help you remove:
❌ Emotional dumping
❌ Blame
❌ Panic
❌ Excuses
❌ Rambling
❌ Unnecessary detail
❌ Vague wording
The goal is clear, respectful, concise, actionable communication.

If NO:
🛑 Fix it first.
Do not post until your message is clear.
⚠️ DM POLICY
Need DM access?
Post in SOS.
Tag Coach.
Request approval.
DMs remain closed by default.
Support stays public unless approved.
Why?
Because organized learning helps everyone.
When questions are asked publicly, other students learn from the answer.
When support happens privately, the learning gets hidden.
Public support creates shared clarity.
Private support creates fragmentation.
🫡 FINAL RULE
If you want help:
Make it easy to help you.
Better questions → Better answersClearer communication → Faster correctionsMore disciplined communication → Faster growth
As a trader.
And as a person.
