Can you tell what the difference is when a person has let's say a craving for something sweet vs. salty or caffeine vs. alcohol? Curious to know if they carry energetic themes of patterns or paradigms. Thank you so much for your genius. Thanks for bringing forward the Cravings program it's done wonders for me. I've seen a definite shift in how I even approach food and habits, but also it's taken away some cravings altogether now. You're the Best thank you for all you do. 💙
