OPAC Start™ Is Evolving
Over the last few months, we realized something important: Most onboarding systems rush people into activity before they’re actually operational. That creates confusion. Missed setup. Fragmented momentum. And unnecessary frustration. So we’ve started restructuring OPAC Start™ into a more intentional operator onboarding system. Instead of jumping straight into the 30-day buildout, new operators now move through a dedicated Activation sequence first. Operator Activation™ Before the 30-Day Operator Onboard begins, we now guide members through: • Activation Phase 1 — Kickoff + Setup + Mission Lock-In • Activation Phase 2 — Starting 15 + Invitation Readiness • Activation Phase 3 — Execution + Understanding The Money The goal is simple: Get your tools, systems, accounts, access, mindset, and environment prepared BEFORE the real onboarding sprint begins. Less chaos. More clarity. Better execution. This is part of a much larger shift happening inside OPAC as we continue building a more modern operator ecosystem centered around systems, automation, structure, and long-term infrastructure. We’re excited about where this is going. Operator Activation™ is now live inside the classroom. What’s one thing you wish somebody would’ve helped you set up properly when you first started building online?

What Keeps You Sharp?
Let’s make this one easy. Drop one thing that keeps you sharp outside of business. Could be: - A book - A podcast - A movie - A workout - A hobby - Church - Family time - Cooking - BBQ - Music - A quiet drive - Sitting outside doing absolutely nothing Business matters, but people are not robots. Part of building better is staying grounded enough to keep going. What’s yours?
